This project titled “A study on How does an Organizatin Work” describes about the
Investor‟s satisfaction level towards their investment in stock market. Now a days
stock market is considered as a one the important source for investment along with
other sources of investment.

the clients can have a good relation with their IA or RM because their account is

regulating the brokerage rates all over India by keep watchon each transaction done from the
branch office. The data of a customer will be stored inthe central computer and all facilities such
as bills, credit/debit reports etc. are provided bythat computer to all customers on-line on the
internet.
The conversion process is also facilitated by some adjustments to the inputs andthen the random
fluctuations are also handled in the process and lastly the monitoring ofthe process is done and a
feedback is given to do the adjustments for the process asindicated in the figure given.

The system works on a principle that “No Lead received by any employee should go
unattended”.
That’s why it is obligatory that any lead should be entered in LMS. As soon as a lead is entered
in the system, it goes into the pending leads pool of the Executive

All follow-ups done on a prospective client are captured once the data is entered using this link.
This helps the user in checking history of the meetings with a particular lead. It’s a useful
reference tool for the user.

• All leads do not get converted to a meeting. Based on the data entered in LMS by the
Sales Executives, it has been found that only 50% of the prospective clients agree to a
meeting. The balance 50% takes the details and drop out.
• Active leads are the ones wherein the prospective client has agreed to meet the Sales
Executive. This shows that they are interested to know the details of our products and
services and hence, the chances of conversation are better.
• Based on the data entered in LMS by the Sales Executives, it has been found out that
only 20% of the Active Leads are closed.The balance 80% either drop out or want to
take some more time.
• All Active Leads are met at least once (20*1 meetings a month). All Closure cases take
an average of three meetings, i.e., two extra meetings (15*2 meetings a month) totaling
50 meetings per Executive per month, i.e., average of four meetings per day.

• The HRD/OD, HO will liaise with different Recruitment Agencies or will get the
Advertisement released through the Corporate Communication Department.
The HRD/OD will route the applications to the concerned Division / Group. The concerned
Division / Group will process the application, short list the candidates and conduct preliminary
interviews.
3. Final Interview:
• Final interview will be done by the Division / BU Head and a Senior Personnel from
HRD/OD, HO. In respect of position of General Managers and above Chairman &
Managing Director will also interview the candidate. Where the recruitment is initiated
at the local branch level, the preliminary interviews will also be conducted by the Branch
Personnel. Final interview will involve senior personnel from Corporate Office, either

1. Physical Examination
• The applicants who passed interview are sending for medical test. In that test the

2. Reference Check
• Tradebulls Securities pvt Ltd. follows this important step. In this step HR manager will
check reference and contact that referred person. HR manager ask the background of that
employee and decide that to select or not.
3. Fixing Wages
HR manager will set the wages/ salary package individually with each selection candidate with
the help of head of the department and finance department. Sign a memorandum of
understanding with the candidate. This memorandum shall give detail of wages/ salary packet
settled along with the pay scale, designation and department. This will be signed by the
candidate as a taken of acceptance of the offer and on behalf of the manager or concerned

• A candidate who has selected by the selected signs the memorandum of understanding
will get final appointment letter. The date of joining the organization is known to
