Programme Proper

Introduction: John C. Maxwell once said, “Life is a matter of choices, and every choice you make, makes you”.
Indeed, that the choices we make… dictates the life we lead…Once again, magandang magandang umaga po sa
lahat!

Career guidance consist of services that help individuals acquire the knowledge, information, skills, and experience
necessary to identify career options. In other words, Career guidance consists of services that help individuals
successfully manage their career development. When we say career development, we're referring to a stage of
human growth where individual’s working identity is forming… Although this will happen on its own …as one grows
older and matures…. having a career guidance may also benefit you, our dear learners, from getting assistance as
you navigate through the process. Sometimes kasi it can be quite confusing especially kapag nasa transition stage
kayo.. lalo na sa ating mga grade 12 learners na magcocollege and our Grade 10 learners na mag-sesenior high
School. Wow! Congratulations in advance mga anak…

It is my pleasure to be the moderator for this program. I am Mrs. LYZETH S. VIBAR, one of the Language Teacher of
Junior High School. We hope you will learn a lot today for we have lined-up fruitful and engaging topics intended for
you our dearest learners.

To begin with, Let us have our National Anthem to be followed by a prayer through an Audio Visual Presentation.

Now, let us listen to our Motherly Principal, Ma’am Helen R. Vibar for her welcome remarks.

To give to us the underlying reasons for having this activity may we have our compassionate Junior High School
Guidance Counselor, Ma’am Jean M. Caramancion for the rationale of the program.

Now let us proceed with the lecture proper… but before that allow me to introduce our first lecturer, our first
lecturer will discuss about Career Planning. To our dear participants specially our learners, this topic will be very
relevant to you for this will be a great assistance as you navigate through the process of thinking what will be the
profession that would fit to you. Our speaker has a great depth of knowledge in this field, as she had attended
several Seminars and Trainings related to this. Aside from that, our speaker has also a distinguish career in guidance
counseling and as a proof to this one, last September 2021 She was hailed as the most outstanding non-teaching
personnel (level 2) not only in San Agustin District but also the entire Legislative IV. please lend your ears to our first
speaker as you grasp information needed for your CARRER PLANNING…

In order for a person to effectively utilize his or her strengths in their chosen career, it is important to know if
his/her personality would match their choice. To furtherly discuss this matter, let us welcome our second speaker…

This time lets have another infomercial, ngayon naman its about one of the country’s pressing issues we are facing
today – the early childbearing or teenage pregnancy.

At this juncture, to give you a deeper understanding on what has been flashed in our infomercial, let’s welcome our
last lecturer…. our third and last lecturer is not new to you, siguro namimiss niyo na din siyang Makita, roaming
around the school ground, tinitimbang at minemeasure ang height niyo, ginagamot at pinefirst aide kayo, or hingian
ng gamot dati kapag hindi maganda ang pakiramdam ninyo…Pag dating ng limited face-to-face natin,
pagmakakasalubong niyo siya.. tiyak mapapa-suot ka ng facemask…. Without so much ado, our last lecturer, our
very own and thoughtful School Nurse II… Ma’am Precious B. Bulan.

topic din for our learners not only for the girls pero sa boys din… lalo na sa ngayon we are experiencing a lot of
changes, from shifting norms, social conditions and advances in information technology. So I hope this topic will help

and please be reminded with your “moral values” always..
