University of Santo Tomas and went to CCA-Manila. He is a long-time culinary lecturer, educator and
now a member of the LPU CITHM faculty. He has experienced the line locally and internationally. He has
also worked on the busiest kitchens in Australia and maintained a great asset in the food service
industry. He was the former executive chef for St. Luke's Medical Center in Quezon City. A pioneer in the
food and beverage scene in Poblacion, Makati since 2014. He has also attended the WACS culinary judge
seminar in Singapore and is now a certified culinary judge and a Vice-President for LTB Philippine Chefs
Association.
