The candidates are instructed to give a talk by focussing on the following questions:

1. What is Agnipath Scheme? What are its eligibility criteria?

2. What are the objectives and benefits of this scheme?

इस य जिा के उद्दे श्य और िाभ क्या हैं

3. What are short term and long term impacts (positive and negative) of this scheme
on India and the world?
भारत और दु निया पर इस य जिा के अल्पकानिक और दीर्घकानिक प्रभाव (सकारात्मक और िकारात्मक) क्या
हैं ?

4. Why there is anger, unrest and protests in the whole country due to this scheme?
State the concerns related to this scheme.
इस य जिा क िेकर पूरे दे श में गुस्सा, अशाों नत और नवर ध क्य ों है? इस य जिा से सोंबोंनधत न ोंताओों क बताएों ।

5. What will you do as an officer to prevent unrest in your locality and make your
people understand this scheme in a better way? Cite your own ORIGINAL, RELEVANT,
PRACTICAL and EFFECTIVE Ideas or steps. (Don’t give flowery unrealistic answers)

Suggestions for the Candidates:

1. Candidates are instructed to give their own views and keeping the answers in and
around the Constitution of India
2. Try to Cover all possible angles of the context without being biased
3. Speak with sensibility and maturity needed for Indian Bureaucracy with facts, figures
and real time examples.
4. Be Lucid and clear in thoughts and expression to make your words easily
understandable by commoners.
