Dear Mr. Chan,

We are pleased to submit herewith our proposal for the supply and installation of 148.50 KWp
solar power system:

System Design Simulation

Projected Energy Production (Yearly savings computed at a fixed rate of Php 9.5/KWHr)

System Design Characteristics: The Green heat Solar PV System is capable of synchronizing the
AC output power to the existing utility supply. During normal operation and evenings, electricity will
be supplied by the electric utility provider. As the sun goes up, the solar array will produce power
and will be mixed with the grid. This will displace the power that would’ve normally been drawn from
the utility provider, and therefore reducing the customer’s electric utility bill, to mention the lesser
carbon footprint produced. All electrical installations will be compliant to the Electrical Code of the
Philippines and will not disrupt the normal operations of the local utility provider.

Major Components: Solar panel, grid inverters, anodized aluminum mounting frames, solar
cables, complete electrical protections including transient voltage surge suppressors (TVSS), DC
disconnect, AC breakers, fusible switches, lightning arrester, rapid shutdown, equipment and
system grounding.

Commercial Considerations

Option A: Direct Purchase Scheme

Total Installed Price VAT Inclusive Php 8,910,000.00
30% down payment upon contract signing, balance by progress billing
Notes: 1. Building and Electrical permits are included in our scope of works
2. Electric Cooperative registration excluded on the given amount but GHC can assist on
the registration process. All incidental expenses will be for the account of the Client.
Option B: Lease to own in three years

Down payment 30% Php 2,673,000.00
Loan amount with 7% interest per annum Php 6,237,000.00
Fixed monthly amortization with 36 months PDC Php 192,580.00

Notes: 1. System warranty will be within the contractual period of 3 years (free operation and
maintenance activities within 3 years)
2. A separate contract will be agreed and executed by both parties to cover details of this
solar project
3. Inclusive of building and electrical permits
4. Electric Cooperative registration excluded on the given amount but GHC can assist on
the registration process. All incidental expenses will be for the account of the Client.

Offer Validity: Within 30 days from today, after which, subject to our confirmation
Delivery and Installation: Within 4 months from date release of the building and electrical permits
from the LGU
Warranty: solar panels- 10 yrs product warranty, 25 years performance warranty; grid inverters-
5 yrs product warranty; anodized aluminum frames- 10 years product warranty
Change Order Clause: Our given price is based on the scope of works mentioned in this
proposal. Any additional or change in the scope of works that would have financial impact on the
project will be charged to the client separately
