We solved Mr. Darkness' problem by adding three cashiers and four baristas. We can see from the table
that we ran the system ten times and recorded the results. Based on the data we gathered, the total
average time per customer order is only about 56.60 seconds, which means we met Mr. Darkness'
requirement of serving 200 customers in less than a minute per day. But upon experimenting and
adding one more cashier, we can make the serving time much lesser with four cashiers. Mr. Darkness
might need more income if he wanted to add more cashiers to satisfy his customers with the faster
serving time. Having a balanced staff at his coffee shop will ensure that client service will not delay and
that they are serve on time.
