ASSEMBLY MANUAL
CONTENTS OF THE KIT
ASSEMBLY DimasTech Mini V.2.0 - FLEX-FAN

- Align VC058 (7) to BT2501 (6)


and fasten with No.1 screw
VC047_M4x10 (20), as shown
in Figure 1

- Align FAN 120 (item not


included) to BT2501 (6) on
vertical holes and fasten with
No.2 screws VC050_M2,5x25
(21) plus No.2 knurled nuts
VC034_M2,5 (22), as shown in
figure 2

- It is possible to mount the FLEX-


FAN in any of the 6 holes with M4
threaded inserts at your disposal
according to the motherboard you
have purchased or the preferred
choice, as shown in the figure
beside. The image has the sole
purpose of illustrating the possible
positions of the parts.

- Assemble No.4 VC067_rubber-


feet_M4 (8) into the dedicated M4
threaded inserts, located at the base
of the DIMAS_100_C_RF-RB_V.2.0
(1) body, as shown in the figure
beside

- Unscrew the 4 screws


VC048_M3x10 housed in the front
part of the DimasTech Mini V.2.0
and extract the two preassembled
components DIMAS_23 (3) and
DIMAS_24 (4), as shown in the
figure beside

- The DIMAS_23 component (3) has the


possibility of housing No.2 optical
readers inside it (items not included),
the image has the sole purpose of
illustrating the possible positions of the
parts.
- Align the side holes of the optical
reader with the slots of the DIMAS_23
component (3) and fasten with No°4
screws VC049_M3x6 (19) for each
optical reader, as shown in the figure
beside.

- The DIMAS_24 component (4) has the


possibility to house inside No.3 hard-
disks (items not included), the image
has the sole purpose of illustrating the
possible positions of the parts.
- Insert No.12 VC019 (14) into the
appropriate shaped slots
- Align the side holes of the hard-disk to
the holes of VC019 (14) and fasten
with No.4 screws VC014_6-32 (15) for
each hard-disk, as shown in the figure
beside.

- Insert the components


DIMAS_23 (3) and DIMAS_24 (4)
with the respective hardware
installed, inside the front of the
DimasTech Mini V.2.0 and fasten
with the No.4 screws
VC048_M3x10 previously
extracted, as shown in the figure
beside.

of illustrating the possible
positions of the parts.

- Align the slots at the base of the


BT045-2013 component (5) with
the slots at the back of the
DimasTech Mini V.2.0 and fasten
with No.2 screws VC047_M4x10
(15) plus No.2 knurled nuts
VC024_M4 (17), as shown in the
figure beside

- The DimasTech Mini V.2.0 has
the possibility of housing No.1
power supply (PSU) inside (item
not included), the image has the
sole purpose of illustrating the
possible positions of the parts.
- Align the holes of the power
supply with the corresponding
DimasTech Mini V.2.0 holes and
fasten with No.4 screws VC066_6-
32 (18), as shown in the figure
beside.

It is necessary, for a correct assembly, that the power supply (PSU) is inserted
inside the DimasTech Mini V.2.0 only if the body DIMAS_100_C_RF-RB_V.2.0 (1)
and the plan DIMAS_100_P_V.2.0 (2) are assembled, otherwise before
proceeding with STEP-7 it is necessary to install the DIMAS_100_P_V.2.0 plan
(2)

- The DimasTech Mini V.2.0 has the


possibility to mount No.9 spacers
VC016_EasyGo_M3_25mm (13) in
any of the No.9 threaded holes M3
available to you according to the type
of motherboard you have purchased
or to your favorite arrangement , the
image has the sole purpose of
illustrating the possible positions of
the parts.
- Align the spacers
VC016_EasyGo_M3_25mm (13) to
the corresponding M3 threaded
holes of the DimasTech Mini V.2.0
and fastem, as shown in the figure
beside

- Align the holes in the


motherboard (item not included)
with the spacers
VC016_EasyGo_M3_25mm (13),
to fasten the motherboard just a
slight downward pressure as
shown in the figure opposite, the
image has the sole purpose of
illustrating the possible positions
of the parties.

- The DimasTech Mini V.2.0 has


the additional possibility to mount
No.1 hard-disk and No.1 SSD disk
(items not included) on the sides
of the body according to the
layout you prefer, the image has
the sole purpose to illustrate the
possible positions of the parts.
- Before proceeding with the
assembly of the hardware parts, it
is necessary to extract the
DIMAS_23 (3) and DIMAS-24
components (4) as shown in STEP-
2 and STEP-5.
- Insert No.4 VC019 (14) into the
appropriate shaped slots chosen
according to the type of hardware
to be used.
– Align the holes in the base of
the SSD disk with the holes in
VC019 (14) and fasten with No.4
screws VC013_M3 (16), as shown
in figure 1.
- Align the holes in the base of the
hard-disk with the holes in VC019
(14) and fasten with No.4 screws
VC014_6-32 (15), as shown in
figure 2.

– Unscrew the hexagon nut of the


pushbutton PD001_16mm (9), as
shown in Figure 1

- Before proceeding with the assembly


of the hardware parts, it is necessary
to extract the DIMAS_23 (3) and
DIMAS-24 components (4) as shown in
STEP-2 and STEP-5.

- Align No.2 PD001_16mm (9) to the 2 vertical holes in the front of the body
DIMAS_100_C_RF-RB_V.2.0 (1) and fasten with the previously unscrewed
hexagon nuts, as shown in Figure 2

For power ON or reset function, connect without


polarity yellow cable to "NO1" and other Yellow
cable to "C1", than to use the push button
integrated LED, connect the black cable to "-"
and the red cable to "+", push button integrated
LED will work with PWLED (power on LED) and
HDLED (hard disk LED), please take care of
polarity, follow "-" and "+" on motherboard
instruction.
