H1 : Good evening to all of us, Welcome to Marynell’s 18th Birthday party.

This is a celebration of her life and what’s to come.

H2: and this is quite a very important event in her life partner and she is very
delighted that we were all able to join her as she celebrates this momentous
day.

H1: Ladies and gentlemen, sit back as we chill, jive, and enjoy the party
tonight. I am John Gary Tejano.

H2 : and I am Karylle Ringconada, and we are your hosts for tonight. As we

begin this program, let me tell you that it is any parent’s pride to see their
baby grow up…grow up to be a one fine young lady.

H1 : This evening, the Hinampas family takes themselves into the spotlight as
they formally introduce their beautiful eldest daughter, once a baby, now a
lady.

H2 : Without them, her life would be empty and unhappy. Let us all give a big
round of applause to honor all the people whom she truly loved. Sabi nga,
marami tayong mahahanap na kapuso, pero iisa lang ang ating kapamilya.

H1 and H2 : Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. & Mrs. Norberto Hinampas together
with their youngest daughter, Ms. Whesryll Hinampas!

H1 : Birthdays are celebrated to remind us of the magical moment of love, the

epitome of a meaning in life, a manifestation of God’s love towards all of us.

H2 : In our gathering this evening, we cannot help but be thankful of the gift of
person in Marynell who has brought us together this evening. This celebration
provides us a glimpse of the beauty and grandiosity of life.
H1 : And this evening, we shall all have great time ahead of us as we go
through the different parts featured in this debut program of our Debutante.

H2 : In a land not so far away, there was once a little girl with a beauty of an
angel. Born on February, year of 2004, this girl is the eldest daughter among
the two children of Mr. Norberto Hinampas and Mrs. Jonalyn Hinampas.
She grew up with so much love and kindness. She is loved by everybody for
her beauty inside and out.

H1 : Her voice is an angel. Her smile bears no limit. Her heart is unafraid. Her
mind is ready to try. She's ready for any adventure for the sake of fun and
friendship. More refined than shy, more adventurous than playful,more
charismatic than charming, more alluring than beautiful. Indeed, she has all
grown up and what a sight she has become.

H1/H2 : Ladies and gentlemen, may we introduce to you the debutant. Let us
all welcome our dazzling lady of the night, Ms. Marynell Hinampas!

H2 : This night is very meaningful for Marynell and it becomes more

meaningful with all of you. Marynell and her family would like to thank
everyone for gracing us with your presence.

H1 : This celebration will not be possible without the help of her loving and
dedicated parents, may we call on Mr. Norberto Hinampas for his welcome
address.

THE 18 TREASURE

H2 : Gifts symbolize ever flowing love, care, and admiration. As Marynell

celebrates the beginning of womanhood, she will need tools that either help
her in the future, encourage her in the present, or give her something fond to
look back on.

H1 : In the 18 Gifts friends and family members are grouped by threes

combining all their well-wishes for Marynell and they are tasked to give the
debutante special gifts or “tokens”, and explain how they will become
inspirations for her. These “treasures” represent the friendship between the
giver and the debutante, because they indicate how well they know each
other.

H2 : Let us start the 18 treasures with…

18 CANDLES
H1 : Let us now have the 18 candles. Candle often reveal a sense of mystery
and supernatural guidance. It symbolizes security as it may
illuminate circumstances. It may also signify 18 significant people in our
celebrant's life who serve as her guide as she grows up.

H2 : These are also the people who care for her and love her unconditionally.
As you hear your name, please be on stage, light your candle and give a brief
message or birthday wish for Marynell. Lets start with…………………

H1 : Before we continue our program, may we ask everybody to please stand

for the prayer for the food and blessings to be led by ____________ and we
may partake the food afterwards.

H2 : Of Cakes and Happy Birthday Songs. As tradition would have it, cakes
give us an idea of the nourishment a birthday celebrator gets. It’s a
nourishment in all forms.

H1: And so ladies and gentlemen, just like any other birthdays, and with all of
us witnessing this momentous day of Marynell’s life, we all together sing a
happy birthday song, one that everyone would here…
H2 : One that all of us will be proud of as _____ turns 18. And one where
happiest of wishes are set to come true…so together…(birthday song….)

THE 18 ROSES
H2 : At this juncture, For a lot of girls, the 18 roses is a highlight of the debut
program. It represents a girl’s readiness in the area of romance, as was the
original purpose of the debut.

H1 : Also, Roses touches the heart of ladies. They tell us how much love they
would like to give and its beauty is its most vivid form. Mr. Norberto Hinampas
will be the debutante’s last dance as it symbolizes something that is both
beautiful and “thorny”.

H2 : Let us start with…

AVP…

H2 : As the stage is set, Marynell and her family shares with us the pre-debut
photo shoot and take us into a magical ride of photography with Marynell on
the spotlight, our birthday celebrator and debutante.

After AVP…

18 BLUE BILLS…

H1 : Our debut this evening has been filled with different symbolisms in the
hope that each symbol becomes a part of of her growth. Ladies and
gentlemen, at this juncture, we shall now have 18 blue bills. A chinese ang-
pao was given by the debutante to her 18 bills beforehand along with the
invitation and they will put their gift bills inside the ang-pao and give it to the
debutante after they said their short message.

H2 : It will help us witness how generosity and the hope of financial bliss
should go through her life. It’ll remind her that when she was 18, 18 of her
loved ones and friends stood for this generosity. So let us begin with,

H1 : This evening will not be over until our debutante says her thank ‘yous’ to
everyone. So may we call on, Ms. Marynell Hinampas for her word of thanks.

H2: Although we cannot tell what can happen to our lives, but our gathering
has shown us a collective agreement that we shall all be ready to help her
and to pray with her in her life’s journey.

H1: While she has turned 18, we shall look forward to form stronger bonds of
friendship and of family love and care only all of us here can share with
Marynell.

H2: We’ve seen great things transpire this evening. We’ve seen the art of
presentation go through its magnificence.

H1: For life to be lived to the fullest, we share ourselves for others.
