The current capping of rates as determined by NPPA is set out in Annexure K. No service charge / surcharge / administrative charge or any such similar charges which are ge of the total bil shall be levied on the Hospital / Healthcare Provider applied as a percenta: reimbursement bills of Insurer's patients. This shall be applicable to cashless and hospitalizations of insurer's patients. Insurer shall not be responsible for any wrong transfers due to wrong details provided by the Network Provider in the NEFT form. For any two procedures done simultaneously utlizing similar resources, shall be 100% of the major surgery and 60% of the second surgery. “The procedure is done on an emergency basis (defined asthe period between 9 PM to 7 AM and holidays), then an addtional amount of 20% of the package rate shall be payable for the the amount payable procedure. For procedures not defined within the pricing structure, the Network Provider shall employ rational and logical reasons for bling. Any clarifications sought by Insurer regarding the Bi shall be provided by the Hospital / Healthcare Provider. The Network Provider shall offer a choice of General Ward, Semi Private Rooms and Single Hospital / Healthcare lable and not Private Rooms only to all members of Insurer. Any effort made. Provider to communicate to the customer that better room,tI permite by Insurer shal be constved as violation of his Agreement 10. Incase a customer insists on a higher room category, the Network Provider may ask the member to obtain an approval from Insurer stating that the Hospital / Healthcare Provider is not authorized to provide rooms above a Single Piva AC category.
