1. The main objective of this article is to examine the challenges facing public service
leaders in becoming leaders of change and to evaluate the effectiveness and effectiveness
of the reform programs by evaluating the components of change leadership in the
Ethiopian language. Or, To evaluate the relationship between change management and
organizational performance in Ethiopian public service organizations.
2. The central argument of the article is to solve the leadership problems that have been
seen in the country for many years by making significant policy changes and introducing
change leadership in Ethiopia.
3. Leadership is conceptually designed to reflect change leader behavior in order to be
effective in organizational performance .

5. Research methods used in this article:
 Study design / descriptive numerical survey and quality presentation Quantum
data .
 Data is collected using the following tools: interview, interview, and
observation.
6. Strengths and weaknesses
Strengths
 Evaluates key issues related to change leadership in different parts of Ethiopia.
 List some solutions to the management problem.
 Good sampling method
 Brief interpretation of numerical information.
Weakness
 The description of the problem is very broad
 The main findings of the study are not conclusive.
7. These are just some of the lessons I learned from writing scientific research.
   Set clear research focus and set small goals
 Ask for help and receive feedback from your partners
 Paper writing is a skill that must be trained.
 Keep it short and simple
 Get to know your audience
 Do not seek perfection
