= philosophical study of BEING in its highest form

4. anthropology = Greek = Anthropos = man

= philosophical study of human being

5. rational psychology = Greek = psyche = soul

= philosophical study of human being’s soul

in relation to man

6. logic = logos = thought, science art of correct thinking

7. epistemology = epistemi = human knowledge with regards to the value of thought

8. ethics = ethos = man’s will

= philosophical study of morality of the human act that distinguishes good from evil and right from
wrong.

The object of the mind is truth.

The object of the will is good.

APPLIED PHILOSOPHY

1. philosophy of man = metaphysical dimension of man as a person/ wholeness of the human person

2. social philosophy = study of interpersonal relationship between man, society and with each other

3. philosophy of religion = meta personal study of man with God

4. axiology = philosophical study of man’s value

5. aesthetics = philosophical study of man’s beauty and perfection

6. oriental philosophy = philosophical study of oriental ways of life. (oriental countries)

7. philosophy of education = philosophical and methodological approach of teaching and procedural

learning processes.
