Secretary of BIG EMPEROR TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION (the “Corporation”), a duly
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines, under oath, do hereby
certify, that at the special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation held on 17
March 2021 at its principal office, whereat a quorum was present, the following resolution was
approved and adopted by the vote of all directors present at said meeting:

“RESOLVED, That the Board of Directors of BIG EMPEROR TECHNOLOGY

CORPORATION (the “Corporation”) authorize, as it hereby authorizes and empowers,
Arias Villegas Atienza Law or its authorized representative, Mr. Arvin L. Atienza or
Ms. Josephine Michaella Sotto, to represent the Corporation in the Mediation/
Conciliation proceedings of this Honorable Office as well as for the filing of all relevant
documents and pleadings such as but not limited to, (i) Position Paper before the Labor
Arbiter; (ii) Notice With Memorandum Of Appeal before the National Labor Relations
Commission; (iii) Petition For Certiorari before the Court of Appeals; and (iv) Petition
For Review On Certiorari before the Supreme Court, in relation to the labor case docketed
and entitled as “MELCHOR M. GAMEZ, ET.AL vs MELCHOR M. GAMEZ,
ET.AL”, docketed as NLRC NCR CASE NO. 01-00900-21 with the power to
commence, prosecute, enforce, defend, answer and/or oppose all actions and settlement,
submit to alternative modes of dispute resolution, enter into stipulation or admission of
facts and of documents, that may have connection with the aforementioned case, and also
to compromise, refer to judgment or arbitration, whether judicial or administrative, and
to sign and execute any and all documents and/or papers necessary, including the
Verification and Certification of Non-forum Shopping, or that may be required with the
power herein granted.”
