Dear Parent,

We welcome you to NPS-ITPL for the academic year 2020-21.

Kindly note few of the guidelines and dates for formalities to be completed at the school.

1. School Re-Opening Dates

 Grades I-VIII – June 1st 2020
 Pre-primary K-I, K-II, Mont-II/III - June 8th 2020
 Pre-Primary Nursery/Mont-I - June 10th 2020

2. School Timings
 Grades I-VIII – 8am-3pm
 Pre-primary K-I, K-II, Mont-II/III - 8am-12.30pm
 Pre-Primary Nursery/Mont-I - 9am-12.30pm

3. Parent Portal & App

 The circulars and school communication will be regularly uploaded ONLY on Parent
Portal. Please check the portal on regular basis to avoid any inconvenience.
 In case of any query regarding the app contact our Admin Executive Ms. Pushpavathi
email – info@npsitpl.com or + 91 6364856026 and we would resolve the issue
immediately.
4. Transportation

 The transport facilities form is available on the parent portal. If you would want to avail
the facility and haven’t completed the formalities, we request you to upload the form and
complete the transport fee payment before 24.04.2020.
 This would help our transport team to start the planning required in-time before the
academic session begins.

5. Uniform
For grades I-VIII-

 Regular school uniform with white socks and black Velcro (Bata) shoes.
 Sports/House uniform white socks and white Velcro (Bata) shoes on the days of sports
periods (refer to the timetable).
 ONLY School winter jacket would be permitted when required.

For Pre-Primary (Kindergarten/Montessori)-

 Regular uniform with white socks and black Velcro (Bata) shoes. No sports uniform and
shoes for the student.
 ONLY School winter jacket would be permitted when required.

ID-Cards

The following student details are compulsory and have to be uploaded in the ERP by
31.03.2020.
 Correct/Complete Name
 Residence Address
 Photograph
 Blood group

This will ensure the school office to issue the ID card along with the books and school bag.

Documents to be Uploaded-ERP

 Birth Certificate
 Aadhar Card
 Previous School Marks Statement (if applicable)
 Passport Size photographs - Father, Mother, Guardian
 Transport requisition form
*The hard copy of the original Transfer certificate (if applicable) has to be submitted in the
school office by May 2020.

Books and School Bag

The text/note books and branded school bag (size/grade appropriate) would be issued in
the school at the following dates –
 Grades I-VIII – 26th and 27th April 2020
 Pre-primary (Kindergarten/Montessori) – 24th and 25th April 2020
