SYSTEM COMPONENTS PRICING UPDATE

Dear Customer:

Reliable® was recently informed of a price increase from the following vendor:

Noble Company FireFighter® Glycerine Antifreeze 11% - 19% 03-21-2022

Noble Company has announced an immediate price increase on their glycerine-based antifreeze.
This is a force majeure situation and will apply to all orders as of March 21. Because of this
announced increase, Reliable® will be adjusting list prices for this product for all customers
beginning on March 21, 2022. As always, we regret the fact that we must raise our prices, but
we do so only as a result of the increases that we receive from our manufacturing partners.

In addition to this increase announcement there will be a slight adjustment down on the price of
all Propylene Glycol Antifreeze as of March 21, 2022. This will be reflected in a decrease to our
list price on March 21, 2022.
