APAOA OBJECTIVE

Objective :
The Ace Platinum Apartment Owners Association is a non profit association formed by property owners of Ace
Platinum who wished to assist each other in enhancing Ace Platinum infrastructure and maintain it as one of
premium society in Delhi NCR.

The purpose or purposes for which this association is formed and this association will strive to …

• Initiate Process of Handover from Ace Management.( Annexure 1)

• Maintain a strong association which is responsive to the members needs.

• Work with Facility Management companies to reduce the maintenance cost.

• Upgrading the infrastructure and amenities.

• Securing safety of residents and their belongings.

• Ensuring hygiene across the society infrastructure.

deposits at various authorities like Electricity,
Water etc. Record of Maintenance Expenses
while under Builder’s Maintenance Record of all
Collections made from the Owners (except
purchase related)
