3 Attention
Before operating the machine, please read the manual carefully. Acquaintance with the construction of the machine, the functions of the controls and the systems of driving and lubrication. Before starting the machine oil the lubricating point according to the given instructions on lubrication and inspect sleeve moves smoothly up down and the electric equipment is in proper condition. To avoid any impairment to the machine, you had better use the drill bit within 32 mm / 25 mm (cast iron/steel) When making adjustment of the head downwards or upwards, first loosen the lock handle of the bracket, then have the head raised or lowered on the desired position with the lifting hand lever and re-clamp the bracket. Before the head is moved level, please first loosen the locking handle of the head. Removing the head on the desired position by turning the wheel of the screw in the arm, and re-clamp the head. Before operating the machine, please read the manual carefully. Acquaintance with the function of the handles (see fig.2) Two speed change handles are changing the speeds of spindle by changing the position of the handles up to changing the tooth or out of the gear. Feed change knob is adjusting the auto-feed of the spindle. Adjusting the handle get the feeds of spindle: 0.08, 0.14, 0.22mm/r. Feed transition handle and feed handle are used to changing auto-feed and handfeed of the machine. When the feed transitioning handle on the position of tooth of the gear. The tooth comes away by push the feed handle. When the feed transitioning handle on the position of come away of the gear, the machine is handfeed only. Attention: When the machine not used, please pull the feed handle. Clamping the table on the desired position in the "T" base using the bolts and nuts. 4 Driving system
The drive of the machine is through 3 unit gears drives the spindle to revolve through splined sleeve. When a motor of 1400r/min is applied eight spindle speeds of 100, 150, 220, 330, 485, 725, 1070 and 1600r/min could be obtained. The change of spindle speeds will by changing the location of changing speed handles. There are two types of spindle feeds: hand-feed and auto-feed. When hand-feed, spindle feed by the sleeve removing by the pinion shaft. When auto-feed, transmission path is spindle gears feed gear worm , worm wheel tooth pinion shaft sleeve moving, that spindle is feed. Changing the feed speeds by pull key changing out of gear, and three feed speeds could be obtained. When operating, put the feed transition handle in the location of out of gear, and pull feed handle, and adjust feed change knob, then the feed speeds of the spindle be changed.

5 Power connection
The power supply must be in keeping with the motor (see motor name plate). It is necessary to connect motor cord with the head box before first use and what is more, the grounding wire (yellow & green) color must be lined in the earth screw near the box. Suggested that the user should connect the machine the power supply. Correctly according to the control circuit and fit delay-action fuse for short circuit protection. All earth-terminals must be well earthed before operation the machine!
