Research Procedures

First the researchers are going to send a letter to the physician, the letter contains the request
regarding the diabetic and hypertensive population size. After the population size is determined
we are going to send the structured questionnaire including the consent to the determined
sample size of the hypertensive and diabetic individuals. Then the researchers are going to
gather the questionnaires answered by the respondents for data analysis and interpretation.
