Design Concept Analysis:

Project:

Summary
This Design concept report is being made based on the tender drafted by the Trust engineering
and consultancy The proposed project is a residential building of G + 9 Floors with 3 levels of
Basements (dedicated for parking and MEP rooms).

Layout Brief:
 The building consists of a total of 66 apartments - 2 BHK and 3 BHK (only in Ground
Floor) Apartments in G + 9 Floors.
 The size of apartments ranges from 80.72m2 to 94.72m2.
 There proposed plan has 5 typical floor plans for G + 9 Floors
 A typical 2 Bedroom apartment consists of:
1. 1 x Master bedroom: size ranging from 16m2 (least) to 22.95m2 (biggest).
2. 1 x Regular bedroom: size ranging from 16m2 (least) to 20.2m2 (biggest).
3. 2 x Bathroom (1 attached to Master Bedroom + 1 in Common area).
4. Living Room, Dining and Kitchen spread over rest of the area.
 A typical 3 Bedroom apartment consists of:
5. 1 x Master bedroom (size: 20m2) which also includes a dressing room.
6. 2 x Regular bedroom: size ranging from 16m 2 (least) to 20.2m2 (biggest).
7. 3 x Bathroom (1 attached to Master Bedroom + 2 in Common area).
8. Living Room, Dining and Kitchen spread over rest of the area.
 The proposed plan consists of 110 parking spots spread over 3 level basements
 The plan consists of 2 elevators and 2 service lifts.
