Greetings!

I am formally writing in your good office to give notice on a parcel of land identified
as Lot. No. 7953 located in Brgy. Pagdugue, Dumangas, Iloilo, Philippines. It is
covered by Tax Declaration No. 17-0029-00730 under the name of Lerma D. Policar.

The said lot was then under the name of Jose Dimzon to whom I bought the
property in installments. However, due to his death, some of his heirs were able to
adjudicate the property. One of his heirs, Lerma D. Policar, was able to transfer the
Tax Declaration under her name without first consulting all heirs and interested
parties.

Nevertheless, it came to my knowledge that the said parcel of land has a pending
application for a land title. I would like to express my opposition on that matter. Let
this letter be my formal statement in claiming my rights and interest over the subject
property. Attached herein is my affidavit attesting to the truth of this matter.

I am doing my best to address this matter. Conversely, I do not know yet the
development of this; thus, this request is sought for the purpose of securing the
rights and interests of both parties without any burden or difficulty once required.
