ADJUSTMENT MODE
THIS MODE IS USED TO ADJUST THE SETTINGS OF THE CRANE.

ONLY TO BE ENTERED BUY A TRAINED SERVICE TECHNICIAN AS SERIOUS DAMAGE


CAN OCCUR IF IMPROPERLY ADJUSTED.

CLOCK ADJUSTMENT
1. PRESS BUTTON # 1-2-30 AT THE SAME TIME.

2. "MAINTENANCE" WILL APPEAR IN WINDOW # 3

3. PRESS # 2 OR # 1 UNTIL "CLOCK" APPEARS


IN WINDOW # 3, PRESS # 30.

4. AT THIS TIME CHECK THE TIME AND DATE


DISPLAYED. IF CORRECT PRESS # 24.

5. IF TIME OR DATE IS INCORRECT PRESS


#1 OR #2 UNTIL THE CURSOR IS FLASHING
AT THE NUMBER TO BE CHANGED.

6. PRESS #25 OR #26 TO INCREASE OR


DECREASE THE NUMBER TO THE CORRECT
VALUE.

7. PRESS # 30 TO SET THE CHANGES.

NOTE

THE TIME IS IN 24 HR MODE

NO CHANGE WILL TAKE EFFECT UNTIL # 30

1. PRESS BUTTON # 1-2-30 AT THE SAME TIME.

AML-4 "PRE-SETS"
1. BOOM HEIGHT PRE-SET

RAISE THE BOOM TO THE DESIERED "TIP" HEIGHT


PRESS # 15 THE LED ON ITEM # 15 WILL LIGHT
AND AN ALARM WILL SOUND.

LOWER THE TIP HEIGHT AND THE ALARM WILL


STOP

2. BOOM ELEVATION PRE SET;

RAISE THE BOOM TO THE DESIERED POSITION


PRESS # 16. THE LED ON # 16 WILL LIGHT AND
AN ALARM WILL SOUND.

LOWER THE BOOM BELOW THE SETTING TO


STOP THE ALARM.

3. BOOM LOWERING PRE-SET

LOWER THE BOOM TO THE DESIERED POSITION


PRESS # 17. THE LED ON # 17 WILL LIGHT AND
AN ALARM WILL SOUND.

RAISE THE BOOM ABOVE THE SETTING TO


STOP THE ALARM.

4. SWING LEFT PRE-SET (LEFT)

SWING THE BOOM TO THE DESIERED POSITION. PRESS # 18. THE LED ON # 18 WILL LIGHT AND AN
ALARM WILL SOUND.

SWING BACK FROM THE SET POSITION AND THE ALARM WILL STOP.

5. SWING LEFT PRE-SET (LEFT)

SWING THE BOOM TO THE DESIERED POSITION. PRESS # 18. THE LED ON # 18 WILL LIGHT AND AN
ALARM WILL SOUND.

SWING BACK FROM THE SET POSITION AND THE ALARM WILL STOP.

6. RADIUS PRE-SET

POSITION THE TO THE DESIERD RADIUS. PRESS # 21. THE LED ON #21 WILL LIGHT AND AN ALARM
WILL SOUND. REDUCE THE RADIUS AND THE ALARM WILL STOP.

7. TO TURN PRE-SETS OFF

PRESS THE DESIERED PRE-SET UNTIL THE LED GOES OUT.
