ADDENDUM TO THE EXTRAJUDICIAL DECLARATION OF

HEIRS AND SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE OF THE LATE

LORETA SECRETARIA AND MARTIN BAGUIO

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This document is in reference to the document entitled EXTRAJUDICIAL

DECLARATION OF HEIRS AND SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE executed in City of Naga
Cebu, Philippines on June 20, 2022 noted and entered in the Notarial Register of Atty. Giovanni
D. Sususco as per Document No. 267; Page 54; Book No. LXXVIII; Series of 2022;

May it be known that the undersigned parties do hereby agree to make the following
ADDITION/ADDENDUM to the aforementioned Deed outlined below:

“That DIOMEDES BAGUIO (now deceased) is also one of the heirs of the late
LORETA SECRETARIA AND MARTIN BAGUIO;

That DIOMEDES BAGUIO represented by his surviving legal heirs DEMETRIA W.

BAGUIO, FARRAH B. DELA CALZADA, zREX W. BAGUIO,REYMART W. BAGUIO and
MARTIN W. BAGUIO, being his wife and children and that said heirs are stated and stipulated in
the Extrajudicial Declaration of Heirs and Settlement of Estate duly signed by them;”

This addition shall be made valid as if they are included in the original stated Deed of
Extrajudicial Declaration of Heirs and Settlement of Estate.
