Duty of retention
This manual and its enclosures must compulsorily be retained as they are an integral part of the
machine. They must be kept in an easily accessible place that all operators as well as routine and
extraordinary maintenance crews may easily fetch and consult them. In case the machine is sold the
manual shall be handed over to the new owner together with the machine.
Updatings
In case substantial changes are made to the machine or the machine’s operating procedures the user
shall be updated on said changes through the delivery of new pages or section of the manual covering the
amendments to the first issue which the user is requested to integrate the manual with.
Basic requirements
The language used in this manual requires the users to have the following minimal requirements:
--General and specific educational level allowing reading and understanding the contents of this
manual, each one for the sections of interest, including correct interpretation of drawings and diagrams
used in explanations.
--Capability to correctly interpret the messages on screen (if any) as well as the symbols used on the
machine.
--Knowledge of sanitary, accident-prevention and technological rules.
--knowledge of the machine and of the plant in which it operates.
--Specific experience on the use of the machine.
According to the prescriptions of the China Directives regulating safety at workplace, the safety
manger of the plant where the machine is installed and woks, must:
-- Ensure the line users meet the requirements described above allowing them full understanding of
this document.
--Give line users theory and practice training on the use of the line so that all operators and
maintenance personnels are in a position to use it correctly whether under normal or emergency
conditions.

Before using DM-FJ2900 Toilet paper rewinding machine(referred to This Machine hereafter), one
should ensure that he is familiar with all the information in the instruction manual, so that he can know
This Machine’s structure, working fundamental, the methods for its operation, maintenance and so on, by
doing which one can use This Machine properly and run to its best performance, reduce malfunction rate
and make its life longer.
The operator(s) of This Machine should read through this instruction manual carefully and run This
Machine under the instructions given by the mechanic or electrician from Foshan Orginal Machinery
company, as well as master the operation skills for This Machine.
For convenient reference, this instruction manual should be placed near to the machine, so that the
operator, the maintainer and other workers on This Machine can refer to it quickly as needed.
Please strictly follow the instructions in this instruction manual, so as to avoid any machine damage and
physical injury.

Definitions
Operator
A person qualified to the use and setting of the machine and charged with the machine’s ordinary
cleaning and maintenance.
Maintenance personnel
A trained person qualified to carry out extraordinary maintenance or repairs requiring a specific
knowledge of the machine and its operation as well as of the procedure and conditions to carry out the job
in safety.
It is the responsibility of the employer to assign the jobs based on individual abilities to keep personnel
safety safeguarded and protected.
Maker’s technician
A person qualified to carry out any operations on the machine as long as agreed on with the user.
Introduction
DM-FJ2900 Maxi roll machine is a machine intended for the production of JRT and maxi rolls.
Work Position
During machine normal operation the operators must always stand away from moving parts.
Improper Use
The machine shall be used as agreed in the contract, i.e. for the production of JRT and maxi rolls, and
shall work at the speed and with the materials specified in this manual and in the contract.
Any use of the machine other than the contractual one, shall be deemed to be IMPROPER USE; Foshan
Orginal Machinery compamy does not accept any liability for damages which people or property, could
suffer, and the machine guarantee becomes null and void.
NOTE
The use of the machine with processes and purposes other than the contractual ones, aimed at

increasing production or processing materials other than those prescribed and specified shall be deemed
to be IMPROPER USE.
Identification Plate
Every time you contact our After-sales service specify the machine type and the serial number which
are shown on the identification plate located on the machine.
NOTE
The identification plate shall not be removed for whatsoever reason.

Safety Standard
WARNING!
IT IS COMPULSORY for operators and qualified technicians to carefully read this manual before any
operation is made on the package, on the machine, and before operating the machine, and to follow the
instructions contained therein.
Training
--Assign the jobs based on individual abilities to keep personnel safety safeguarded and protected.
--Make sure ordinary and extraordinary maintenance is carried out properly so as to always ensure a
high level of safety.
--Before starting the work cycle, the operators are required to fetch the protective equipment capable
of offering a higher level of personal safety. The protective equipment includes: safety gloves, safety shoes
with steel tip, ear muffs, goggles with side shield; failure to wear goggles could result in incurable damages
to the eyes.
--It is forbidden to wear excessively large clothes, rings, and bracelets, necklaces or other jewelry or
objects that may be caught in the machine moving parts.
--Safety guards, fixed and mobile, on the machine or on hazardous organs must for no reason
whatsoever be removed and the devices interlocking with them must not be damaged or tampered with;
should this happen, it must be reported immediately to the foreman and production shall be resumed only

If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact our After-sales office at Foshan Orginal Machinery
office.
--Men working on the line, besides heeding precautions and measures as instructed by the Company’s
Management and department managers, shall follow the recommendations and caution specified in this
manual and observe the prohibitions communicated by boards or notices affixed at workplace or on the
machinery (see paragraph “Safety signs”).
Safety devices
DANGER!
The machine emergency stop IS NOT IMMEDIATE. It takes a few seconds for the machine to come to a
complete stop.
When the machine is stopping in emergency, the operator MUST NOT, for any reasons whatsoever, touch
or approach any moving parts of the machine.
There is a risk of parts of human body being drawn-in and trapped between two rolls or a roll and a fixed
part of the machine.
DANGER!
Fixed guards shall be removed ONLY to allow maintenance or repairs.
NEVER start the machine with guards removed as this is extremely dangerous.
DANGER!
The machine takes a long time to stop. Before dismantling the safety guards, always ensure that all
elements have stopped completely.

Unwinder Unit

Never put your hands inside the openings when load the jumbo paper rolls on the shafts.

Should it need to be removed to allow cleaning, adjusting, repair or maintenance works, then
department manager must be informed beforehand and he shall make sure the personnel are informed
of the temporary condition of hazard.
At the end of the work mount the guards back into position taking care that the location indicated
on the drawings enclosed are adhered to.

Safety Warning
One shall read through this instruction manual carefully and master corresponding information before
starting the works of installation, operation, inspection and maintenance on This Machine.
One shall fully understand This Machine and all the safety information and warning labels on it before
starting to use it.
In order to avoid any machine damage and physical injury, only the qualified professionals who are
familiar with This Machine can work on it for its installation, debugging, running, maintenance, part
replacement, etc.
In this instruction manual, the safety level is classified into two types whose definitions are as below:
DANGER — assumes that incorrect operation may cause hazardous conditions, resulting in death or
severe injury.
CAUTION — assumes that incorrect operation may cause hazardous conditions, resulting in medium or
slight injury, or may cause slight physical injury only.
All the works on This Machine, including the installation, inspection and debugging before regular
use, must be executed by professional technicians to this machine.
2. Wiring
DANGER
The main power cables for This Machine must be connected to the input terminals of its main
circuit breaker, while connected to the output terminals of its main circuit breaker is forbidden.
Disconnect This Machine to the main power and ensure no danger exists before working on its
wiring or inspection, etc.
Only after finishing the mechanical installation of This Machine, can its wiring be started, so as to
avoid any accident.
Do not put any pressure or pinching force on any cable, do not damage the cable’s insulation
sheath, nor mechanically join two pieces of cables together, in order to avoid electric shock.

Please choose proper lifting and moving equipments to move the parts of This Machine, in order to
avoid any accidence.
One shall know the mounting position and direction of those parts needed to be moved before
moving them.
Avoid any strong impact and collision on any part of This Machine during its movement.
Do not hang any motor during the moving the machine parts in order to avoid any damage on it.
This Machine shall be installed according the corresponding instructions in this instruction manual.
4. Trial Running
CAUTION
Before the trail running on This Machine, one should inspect on the whole machine; if there is any
damage on the machine’s mechanical part(s) or electrical part(s), or the machine lacks part(s), the trial
running can be executed only after the damaged part(s) is/are completely repaired or replaced and the
machine lacks no part any more.
Before the trial running of This Machine, one should firstly confirm that the installation of the
machine has been finished correctly already and that no machine damage or other accidence will
happen as starting the machine at this moment.
Before the trial running of This Machine, one should check the three-phase relation between the
power output of the electrical cabinet and motor input to ensure that the rotation direction of the motor is
correct.
5. Operation
CAUTION
Do not touch any moving part of This Machine in order to avoid injury.
Do not modify This Machine without the assistance of Foshan Orginal Machinry Company’s
technicians; otherwise, Foshan Orginal Machinry Company is not liable for the consequences therefore.
This Machine must be completely inspected and trial-run before its re-use after staying unused for a
long time.
One is forbidden from doing any work on This Machine when he/she is not sober due to the fact that
he/she is drunk, tired or is not feeling well.
When any part of This Machine needs to be replaced, it should be replaced with the part provided by

Foshan Orginal Machinery Company, otherwise, the replaced part will not be guaranteed by Foshan
Orginal Machinery Company, or Foshan Orginal Machinery Company will not assist the buyer in
contacting the maintenance service provider.

Safety Instructions
One shall mind the safeties while working on This Machine, as improper operation on This Machine
may lead to unpredictable accidence. Therefore all the works on This Machine, including its installation, trial
running, periodical inspection and maintenance, trouble shooting, part replacement, etc., no matter it is
concerned mechanically or electrically, must be executed by those trained professionals who are adequate to
these works. And before working on This Machine, the above mentioned professionals shall read through
this instruction manual and master the corresponding guiding information in it. When executing the above
mentioned works, these professionals shall also follow the corresponding guiding in this instruction manual
and the related safety regulations at both national and international levels. If technicians of our Company are
sent to the user’s of This Machine for machine installation, debugging, staff training, etc., the user should
arrange their staff to be trained by the technicians and ensure that the trainees master from the technicians
the knowledge and skills for the operation, inspection, maintenance, part replacement, etc. on This Machine.
1) The operator should ensure that all the blades, gears and other transmission parts on This Machine
are free of foreign bodies before running the machine.
2) At all the machine running moments, including those when This Machine is under debugging,
non-operator is forbidden from approaching This Machine.
3) Before running This Machine, the operator must ensure that nobody is working on the inspection,
maintenance, part replacement, etc. on This Machine, and that all the non-operators have stayed away
from This Machine already.
4) It is forbidden to operate any switch, button and other electrical components with a wet hand, in
order to avoid any electric shock accidence.
5) It is forbidden to touch any moving part of This Machine, in order to avoid any injury.
6) Do not open the door(s) of the electrical cabinet(s) when This Machine is under charging or running,
order to prevent dangers from happening.
7) Before working on This Machine for its inspection, maintenance, part replacement, etc., use
obvious warning signs to warn people of the potential dangers.
8) Charge extinguishing operation must be done to This Machine before starting the works of
inspection, maintenance, part replacement, etc. on the machine. When executing the charge extinguishing
operation, the general circuit breaker of This Machine must be turned off and the handle of the circuit

breaker must be locked, then hang a notice board indicating “no turn-on, as somebody is working on the
machine.” on each circuit breaker.
9) After each charge extinguishing operation, charge checking must be done to This Machine as follow:
After charge extinguishing operation, use a proper charge tester to detect the charge existence in the parts
that need inspection, maintenance, replacement, etc.; only after confirming that no charge exists in those
parts, can inspection, maintenance, replacement, etc. be done on them. Working on the electrified parts is
forbidden.
10) This Machine must be stopped running before working on the trouble shooting on it. If the trouble
shooting does not need the machine to be charged, turn off the corresponding general circuit breaker
beforehand, and then execute the above mentioned charge extinguishing operation and charge checking
one after the other before the trouble shooting.
11) Before working on the cleaning of This Machine, one shall turn off the general circuit breaker of
This Machine and wait for more than ten minutes, then use a qualified tester to detect the existence of the
residual voltage. Only after confirming no residual voltage exists on This Machine, can the cleaning of it be
started.
12) Usually (all) the door(s) on the electrical cabinet(s) of This Machine should be locked. Any door on
the electrical cabinet(s) of This Machine should not be open unless work, such as inspection, maintenance,
part replacement, etc. need to be done inside the electrical cabinet(s).
13) If the fuse melts to protect the circuit, the electrician, who is the only qualified one to fix the
problem, shall inspect upon the problem carefully and fix it. After the trouble shooting, the electrician
should firstly turn off the general circuit breaker(s) for the rewinding line or the log saw or both depending
on which fuse melts, and ensure that no residual voltage exists on the fuse holder with the melted fuse,
finally replace the melted fuse with a new one with the same specification. Replacing the fuse with the one
with over-rating specification is forbidden.
14) This Machine must be grounded reliably. One shall mind the safeties while working on the
grounding for This Machine.
15) The general circuit breaker of This Machine shall be connected to the power source that meet the
requirements. The pneumatic control system of This Machine shall be connected to the pneumatic source
that meets the requirements. It is forbidden to connect This Machine with the power source that does not
meet the requirements, so as to avoid that the machine cannot work normally due to insufficient voltage,
and that parts of the machine are burnt and even accident happen due to over-voltage. Connecting This
Machine with the pneumatic source that does not meet the requirements is forbidden.
16) It is forbidden to run This Machine with over-load, in order to prevent damaging the machine and
even accident happen.
17) When work, such as inspection, maintenance, part replacement, etc. inside the inverter is needed

to be done, one must turn off the corresponding general circuit breaker beforehand and wait for more than
ten minutes. Only after the charging lamp of the inverter is gone off, can the above mentioned work on the
inverter be executed, otherwise may cause the electric shock accidence.
18) The electrician shall periodically check upon This Machine for all the tightening screws on the
wiring terminals and tighten the loose screws again in time. Meanwhile he or she shall also periodically
check the temperature rise of the power consuming devices of This Machine, such as motors, etc. and
correct the abnormal situation.
19) The responsible one shall periodically check the functions of all the security devices of This
Machine and correct the abnormal situation so as to ensure that all the security devices function reliably to
protect people and the machine.
20) If needed to put This Machine unused for a long time, the electrician for This Machine shall remove
all the general power cables in a very safe way; enable all the security protection devices as well.
This Machine is equipped with electrical and mechanical joint security protection guards to secure the
safeties of the people and the machine. These security protection guards should not be removed or be
disabled unless they need to be replaced. The mechanical security protection gurards are fixed guards which
separate the moving parts of the machine to effectively prevent the people working on This Machine from
getting injured by the moving parts of the machine.

CAUTION!
Before working on the machine it is recommended that this manual is read and the instructions on how
to work in safety known. It is the responsibility of the department manager to make sure the operators
are acquainted with operating procedures and have received a suitable training. Unauthorized personnel
must not work on the machine.
DANGER!
The material (web) processed through the machine and the dust depositing during the
process, in some areas of the machine itself, and some ink types ARE FLAMMABLE.
WARNING!
It is the responsibility of the employer to assign the jobs based on individual abilities to
keep personnel safety safeguarded and protected.
Do not smoke or get near the machine with open flames or white-hot objects in order to
avoid FIRE DANGER.

This instruction manual is concerned with DM-FJ2900 MAXI ROLL MACHINE (referred to This Machine
hereafter). This Machine is one of the upgraded products of Foshan Orginal Machinry Company, integrating
a number of technologies of innovation. Therefore This Machine has combined advantages of high speed
production with stability, simplicity and convenience in operation, capability of saving energy, material and
labor, etc.
This Machine is the latest upgraded MAXI ROLL MACHINE of Foshan Orginal Machinry Company,
which is developed on the basis of a number of technologies of innovation and by combination with its
excellent log saw developing experiences accumulated for years. By adopting high quality steel as its body,
self-machining core mechanical parts with fine workmanship, and employing standard mechanical parts,
such as air cylinders, timing belts and so on, from famous manufacturers, This Machine is nicely built
mechanically. All of these enable This Machine own a combination of excellent mechanical qualities.
Electrically This Machine employs Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) to fulfill the intelligent
control, which makes all the electrical controls on this machine quick and stable; the leading technology
with integration of mechanics, electricity and optics is applied to the whole machine, so as to automatically
detect and adjust the vital actions of the whole machine. Therefore this machine has combined advantages
of high speed production with stability, simplicity and convenience in operation, capability of saving energy,
material and labor,ect.
After receiving This Machine, the buyer should check if its brand, model and confirm that the machine
matches the one stated in the purchasing contract, and inspect on the machine to see if there is any damage
on it and whether all the spare parts are with the machine.

Before working on the machine it is recommended that this manual is read and the instructions on how
to work in safety known. It is the responsibility of the department manager to make sure the operators
are acquainted with operating procedures and have received a suitable training. Unauthorized personnel
must not work on the machine.
DANGER!
The material (web) processed through the machine and the dust depositing during the
process, in some areas of the machine itself, and some ink types ARE FLAMMABLE.
WARNING!
It is the responsibility of the employer to assign the jobs based on individual abilities to
keep personnel safety safeguarded and protected.
Do not smoke or get near the machine with open flames or white-hot objects in order to
avoid FIRE DANGER.
The place, where This Machine is installed shall have compressed air provission whose pressure is
0.6 ~ 0.8Mpa. The floor on which This Machine is installed should be level and hard enough. It is
recommended to installed This Machine on the cement floor.
The plant where This Machine is installed should have good ventilation and be able to sink donw the
noise from the machine.
The place where the electrical and pneumatic cabinets are installed should be kept as having little-dust
and low-humidity as possible.

Provided This Machine is going to be leave unused for a long time, it should be deposited drily, in good
ventilation and without sunshine, rain and erosive.
WARNING!
On receipt of the machine you are required to check if during transportation any damages have been
caused to the machine structure or parts.
CAUTION!
During the whole storage time before installation it is advisable to protect the machine from water and
dust by covering it with plastic film or a waterproof canvas.
WARNING!
The installation of the machine on the production site shall be carries out by Foshan Orginal Machinery
personnel.
Upon completing the installation a Foshan Orginal Machinery fitter will start up the machine.
In order to avoid any damage to the machine parts, hook the lifting ropes into the eye bolts which are
located on the upper part of the units.
DANGER!
Cables and sling shall be chosen by a person having the necessary specific knowledge, capable of
assuming all responsibilities connected with the use of lifting means.
DANGER!
Make sure no one is standing in the area where the machine is going to be lifted and moved to. No one
shall walk under or nearby the machine being moved.
DANGER!
It is important to make sure that the machine groups are balanced before lifting the machine. Make sure
cables or chains do not damage the surfaces they come into contact or on board the machine (motors,
joints, solenoid valves, pipes, etc.).

WARNING!
Do not tilt the load while lifting and/or moving it.
The diagrams enclosed show the correct way to lift the machine groups in safety. If cranes, bridge
crane and the like are used, the cable shall be suitable for the load to be hoisted. Shorten or lengthen the
sling to obtain a perfectly balanced load.
No matter moving which part of the machine, the moving tools with enough capacity shall be adopted
properly. Please refer to Fig. 2-1 to Fig. 2-3 to get the right safety harnessing ways for different units of This
Machine, in order to move those parts of the machine properly.

Installation requirements
It is for the Customer to get the area ready for the installation of the line; the area shall have the
requirements prescribed by China Directives and by the law of the country on safety at workplace.

Foundations shall be suitable for the static and dynamic loads specified by the builder and shall be
made to our drawings.
Connections
WIRING OF THE ELECTRIC SYSTEM
WARNING!
Qualified personnel shall carry out connections of the electric system with the necessary ability.
DANGER!
Check if the supply voltage of the line corresponding to the value shown in the enclosed electrical
drawings.
DANGER!
Cut off voltage before operating on any parts of the machine or cabinets.
For purpose of guaranteeing the correctness and safety in every single moving of each part of This
Machine, the followings shall be observed.
—— adopting the tools with enough capacity to take the moving task;
—— wrapping up all the sharp edges on the part being moved;
—— ensuring that the safety device for the stripe taking hook functions reliably;
—— do not touch the load being hung until it is totally hung off the supporting surface / the floor
already;
Machine Moving
When the load is approaching its destination, or its installation position, the one who directs the part
lifting and moving can arrange people to slightly move the load, in order to ensure that the load is exactly

2) Carefully seal the round blade, and then remove it from the blade holder and put it into the wooden
box to avoid any damage.
Notice: since the seal board on the top of the log saw is detachable, it should be removed to facilitate
the thread-up of the harnessing strap.
This Machine should be installed in the place with good ventilation, in order to get away the heat
generated during the running of machine, so that the components, such as motors, etc. will endure lower
temperature rise and will function longer. Meanwhile, the machine installation place should also be spacious
enough, in order to reduce the noise from the machine.
On the other hand, the floor on which This Machine is installed shall be level and hard enough. It is
recommended to install the machine on the cement floor. Prevent the electrical and pneumatic cabinets from
dust and humidity.
The steps below shall be properly followed during the installation on This Machine:

(1) Locate the separated units on their destinations according to their order on the floor plan.
(2) Make adjustment on the level bolts to level the whole machine, and then tight the anchors to fix the
machine.
(3) Mount back the triangular belts, flat driving belts removed before delivering the machine; and
connect again the pneumatic pipes which had been disconnected before the shipment of the machine.
(4) Mount back the guards and doors removed before delivering the machine.
(5) Mount back the electrical channels removed before delivering the machine, and then wire the
cables removed before delivering the machine properly inside the electrical channels, after which seal the
electrical channels with their covers and plug in the disconnected electric plugs to their sockets. After
finishing the wiring and re-connections, double check all of them to ensure that no mistake is made.
(6) Connect the general valve for the machine’s pneumatic control system with specified compressed air
provision.
(7) Connect the output terminals on the general circuit breaker of This Machine with specified power
provision.

Attention: turning the speed adjuster to its left limit/zero speed position does not mean that This
Machine has been in the stop status already. This Machine is not in the stop status until the “main motor
stop” button on the touch screen has been pushed down successfully and the “main motor start” button
on the touch screen has been unlocked, turning back to the black color and the machine has stopped
running already. In order the prevent accidents by misoperation, it is prohibited to regard turning the
speed adjuster to its left limit/zero speed position as being successfully stop This Machine.
3. Emergency Stop is a push button in red color for stopping running the machine when it is running
abnormally, any emergency happens, etc. Usually there are more than one emergency stop push buttons
mounted in different places of the machine besides on the main control panel. After pushing down the
emergency stop button, the running machine will stop automatically at the shortest time possible. Turning
the emergency push clockwise can release it. If the Emergency Stop push button is pushed down locked,
the main motor of This Machine cannot be turned on.

when it return to its original position. This problem can be solved by moving the 12-Paper core holding plate
and the 10-Front crossbeam upward to the appropriate position.

tension effects on parent roll paper during production. Different types of parent roll paper require for
different web tension, so it is necessary to adjust the running speed of the winding system and unwinding
system accordingly. If the parent roll paper adjusting requirement exceeds the adjustment range of the
speed control device, the drive sprockets of the unwinders have to be replaced to meet the web tension
adjusting requirement.
After the power is turned on to the electrical cabinet on the rewinding machine, the rewinding
machine operation panel, will turn on and the control system data will start booting. Usually it will take a
few seconds to enter the main operation view of the rewinding machine as below View #1 shown.

the button changes from green to yellow, the jog ends and the main engine stops. When the machine is
running, if the “jog” button is pressed, the machine will break immediately. At the same time, the "Run"
button will be unlocked and return to the green state.
START-Button (self-locking)
This button is for starting up the machine.
If the machine is stopped, when the user presses the "Run" button, the button changes from green to light
green and locks itself. At the same time, the alarm light on the machine will sound and flash, indicating that
the machine is about to run.Watch out for possible dangers. The machine starts up after the sound and
flashing. The running speed is controlled by turning the “ master speed” potentiometer. (clockwise- speed
up; Anti-clockwise- slow down)
MANUALLY ASCEND-Button
Control the log pressing arms manually by this button.
As shown in this photo, the pressing arm is under automatic control.. Now, the pressing arm will
move downward and set on the log automatically.
Press this button, the button will turn light green to display”manual” and self-locking. Now, pressing
arm is under manual control. The pressing arm will move upward until it reaches the upper limit position.
If user wants to shift for automatic control, user should press this button again. The button will turn

to be blue and be unlocked. Now, the pressing arm is under automatic control. The pressing arm will
move downward until it reaches the lower limit position.

1. Ensure that the machine is supplied with the power source that meets the requirements. Attention:
do not connect the neutral cable. The sizes of the cables used on This Machine shall meet the requirements
specified in the electrical diagrams.
2. Ensure that the air input terminal of This Machine is connected to a required compressed air supply
whose air pressure is 6~8 kg. Attention, the diameter of the air feeding tube should be more than Φ16.
4.Ensure that nobody is working on the machine for its inspection, maintenance, part replacement,
etc. and all the non-operators are far away from the machine already.

6 . Turn on the general circuit breaker in the electrical cabinet of This Machine; ensure that all the
electrical parts inside the electrical cabinet are working normally.
7.Start to run This Machine for the first time. Attention: the machine must be run without load for
about 15 minutes at its first running, in order to ensure that every part of it is functioning well before
loading jumbo rolls on it for the first time (this step can be omitted from the second time running of the
machine).
8 . Stop running This Machine and turn off its circuit breaker inside the electrical cabinet. Load the
jumbo roll(s) onto the jumbo roll unwinding system with right web unwinding direction. Firstly insert the
jumbo roll shaft through the jumbo roll core, beginning from the hole of either of the jumbo roll sleeve and
ensure that the jumbo roll shaft extends the both cross-sections of the jumbo roll with the same length;
lock the sleeves at both the two sides of the shaft and make sure that the jumbo roll can be turned
smoothly by hand; and then adopt proper means to load the jumbo roll onto the unwind stand in a safe way.
And then roll the jumbo roll till its shaft drops into the shaft holders and mount the jumbo roll centralizer to
the jumbo roll shaft. Finally act upon the adjustment hand wheel for the jumbo roll centralizer to make the
jumbo roll perfectly in the middle transversely.
Firstly manually unwind the jumbo rolls which are going to be used for a length that can reach the next
machine unit to be used.
Secondly turn the manual valve based on the indication around to press the driving belts against the
jumbo rolls.
Thirdly thread up the machine with web. The thread-up should be fulfilled based on the supposed
application of the units in the production. Usually the web thread-up order through This Machine is:
unwinder unit →embossing unit → perforation unit → winding unit → tail trimming , glue sealling unit.
Attention: Do observe the safeties while threading up the machine and watch out for the dangerous
positions, such as embosser unit, folder unit, cutter unit and so on.
During web threding-up, ensure that the web is appropriately tensioned and fully stretching out
transversely.

3. Please enter the "main control" interface and select whether "saw blade test", "sharpener frequency
conversion" and "prop valve" are effective according to the requirements
4. After completing steps 1-3 above, please ensure that the "reset" button is shown in green (the system is
normal without alarm), then click the "paper cutter open" button in the "main control" interface, and input
"given speed", then the machine will run automatically
2. Click the "paper cutter stop" or "paper cutter open" button, the feeding mechanism cannot stop

connection between PLC and inverter 485 is good

1) People who work on the maintenance of This Machine shall master related expertise and be adequate
to the job of maintenance.
3) Before doing any maintenance on This Machine, one shall stop running the machine and turn off the
power on it first, and then use a qualified tester to confirm that no residual voltage exists on the part needing
maintenance.
5) Usually the door(s) of the electrical cabinet(s) should always be locked unless maintenance inside the
electrical cabinet(s) is needed; but before the maintaining, turn off the general circuit breaker first, and then
use a tester to check the residual voltage; only after confirming that no residual voltage exists on all the parts
inside the electrical cabinet(s), can the maintenance be started.
6) Check the protection reliability of all the safety devices of This Machine periodically and correct any
problem on them in time.
7) Check the connecting condition of all the cable terminals of This Machine periodically and re-tighten
any loose terminals in time.
8) Provided that This Machine is going to be left unused for a long time, remove the power cables from
the input terminals on the general circuit breaker of the machine in a very safe circumstance.
9) Before doing any cleaning on This Machine, one shall turn off the general circuit breaker of the
machine and wait for at least 10 minutes. Only after confirming that no residual voltage exists on the
machine, can the cleaning be started.
On purpose of lengthening the life of This Machine, ensuring the safety and enhancing the productivity,
maintenance shall be done to the machine periodically according to the maintenance standards as below:

2) Add lubricant into the places needing lubrication every 40 hours of operation.
3) After every 80 hours of operation, check the tightness in the parts needing to be tight and re-tighten it
if any of them is found loose/not tight enough.
4) After every 80 hours of operation, check and ensure all the machine’s safety devices still function
reliably.
5) After every 80 hours of operation, check and ensure the grounding cable still function reliably.
6) After Every 2000 hours, vacuum-clean inside the electrical cabinet(s) and use alcohol to clean the
contacts of the contactors after turning off the power on the machine and confirming that no residual voltage
exists on all the parts inside the electrical cabinet(s).
7) Get rid of the water inside the general valve for the machine’s pneumatic system in time.
8) Every 6 months of machine operation, add more or replace the lubricant to the transmission parts.
9) Repeat the above mentioned maintenances and repair or replace the wear-out part(s), in order to
ensure that the machine runs well.
10) Execute periodic checks on every meter of This Machine to make sure there is no abnormity exists.
11) Please refer to the accessory instruction manual for other inspection or trouble shooting information.
Every one year, comprehensive maintenance shall be done to This Machine to repair or replace the
malfunctioning part(s).

The unqualified products should be disposed properly. Do not pile them up on the machine or the
working desk and put them close to the inflammables and the fire.
