Research Method
A quantitative Research Design will be used in this study.
The descriptive research method will be used to achieve the
following:
1. To lay out what are the stressors affecting the students.
2. To lay out the effects of stress on the students based on
behavioral, emotional, and physical effects.
Sampling Method
This study utilized Slovin's Formula to determine the
number of its respondents. With a margin of error of 10%,
we have the respondents of 25 HUMMS, 22 STEM, 17 TVL,
and 10 ABM Grade 12 Students. In total of 74 respondents.

Research Instrument
The Research Instrument used is a
Google Forms Survey.
It is composed of 3 sections.
Section 1 is the Socio-Economic
Section with 1 question.
Section 2 is the Common Stressor
Section with 1 question.
Section 3 is the Effects of Stress
Section with 3 questions.
In total of 5 question all in Multiple
Choice format.

Conclusions
Most of the Students Belong to the Poor, Low-income but not
poor, and Lower-middle Income Brackets.
Balancing your responsibilities at home with studying and
problems with internet connection comes at the top of the list of
stressors that affect the students.
Difficulty communicating with others and change in sleep
patterns comes at the top of the lists of behavioral effects of the
stressors for the students.
Anxiety or fear of making mistakes and feeling or experiencing
sudden changes in mood comes at the top of the list of the
emotional effects for students. .
Increased or decreased appetite which may be accompanied by
weight loss or gain, and Body pain are at the top of the list of
most common physical effects of the stress on the students.
