Construction Contract

This Construction Contract Agreement (this agreement) is made in this _____ day of the month of ______ year

_________. This agreement is between _____________________________ (Name of the Property Owner), a Filipino

Citizen of legal age and ________________ (Name of Contractor) a Filipino Citizen of legal age a known construction

contractor in ________________________. The owner and the contractor will be referred to as the “parties” in this

agreement.

The Parties agreement are as follows:

1. Details of the Work: The contractor shall perform the following detailed work of:

a) To develop the second floor of the house owned by ______________________;

b) That the contractor will also source the workers needed for the job;

c) To develop the plumbing system of the second floor up to the rooftop;

d) To develop the electrical system of the second floor up to the rooftop;

e) To develop the wall finishing of the second floor;

f) And to develop a roof top that will serve as the third floor of the property.

2. Contract Price and Payments: The owner agrees to pay the Contractor an amount in total of 400,000 Philippine

Peso for the labor fees. This payment will be in the interval of the own pace of the owner and must be completed

once the development of his/her property is completed.

a) The owner also agrees that the construction materials will be his/her responsibility to procure.

b) The owner and contractor also agree the payment will be in the form of cash or cheque.

3. Completion of the Development. Both parties agree on the timeline of the completion of this contract will be

determined by the factors that affects the construction and will be talked between the owner and the contractor.

4. Proof of Agreement: As proof that both parties agree on the terms and conditions of this contact, here are their

individual printed name and signature for finality.
