EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING ACTIVITY:

Aim: To enable the students to know the causes and effects of air pollution

Materials Required: A notebook and a pen to record their observation

Procedure:

 Students will be taken to the nearby road of the school and will be made to stand on either sides of the road.
 They will be provided with a mask to safeguard from the smoke emitted by the vehicles.
 They are instructed to observe and make a report on the number of diesel and petrol vehicles – the four wheelers, three wheelers and
two wheelers – the pedestrians and cyclists moving along the path in one hour.

CURIOSITY QUESTION:

Imagine the world is left with highly polluted water and air which cannot be purified at all. What will you do to save the world?
