education at the Banner Desert Medical Center trauma and neurological Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
over 60 hours.
- Clinical Preceptorship with 1:1 work with an experienced nurse on the Surgical PCU at Banner
University Medical Center Phoenix for 144 hours. Delivered total patient care for 1-3 patients with
supervision from preceptor. Analyzed patients’ conditions for prioritization of care. Delegated appropriate
