Cinnamon Honey Snickerdoodles

Good for all skill levels!

Prep Time: 40 minutes Chill: 1 hour


Bake: 10-12 minutes at 350°F per batch Makes: 40 cookies

Ingredients Supplies

1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature Large mixing bowl


1 ½ cups granulated sugar
Electric mixer
1 teaspoon baking soda
Spatula
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
½ teaspoon salt Wooden spoon
2 eggs
Plastic container
2 tablespoon vanilla
Small bowl
1 ½ tablespoon honey
3 cups flour Wire rack

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon


Cookie sheet, greased or lined
Cinnamon/Sugar mix (5 parts cinnamon to 7 parts with parchment paper
granulated sugar) (preferred)

3. 1 In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer
on medium to high speed until fluffy, about 1 minute.

4. Add the sugar, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt, b.

5. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined. Beat in as much of


the, then beat in the flour. flour as you can with the mixer. If
necessary, stir in the remaining flour with a wooden spoon.

1 hour, or until dough is easy to handle.
Note: It’s best to use a plastic container, as metal and glass ones tend to chill the
dough unevenly.

8. 3 PAfter the dough has chilled, preheat oven to 375°F


and s. Shape dough into 1 inch1-inch balls, then roll them in
the cinnamon-sugar mixture.. Place your cinnamon sugar
mixture in a small bowl and roll balls in it until they are well
coated.

more cinnamon sugar
mixture. Allow to cool on
the cookie sheet for at least
3 minutes before
transferring to a wire rack
to cool.
Tip! Add more cinnamon sugar mixture on
top of the cookies while they cool.

12. 6 Enjoy! Cookies will remain good for approximately


1 week.
