Accomplishment Report in Nutrition/Feeding

I. School Development

1. Assessed previous data on pupils Nutritional Status last July 2019.

2. Oriented parents, pupils about the importance of proper nutrition last

July , 2019.

3. Conducted Nutrition program to improve nutritional level of 95% to

severe and 20% moderate severe pupils.

4. Conducted monthly Feeding Program evaluation by Mr. Armando P.

Valencia/Mr. Eugenio A. Manarang III,Principal and Mrs. Analiza DC.
Cristobal Inspection Committee Member last July 2019- January 2020.

II. Pupils Development

1. All pupils attended orientation during flag ceremony on how to achieve

proper nutrition last July,2019.

2. Assessed all pupils BMI on the 1st week of July, 2019

3. Evaluated the Nutritional Status of those who underwent of Feeding.

4. Carried out Feeding Program last July 2019- January 2020.

5. Pupils from Kinder to Grade Six undergone deworming lead by the

Nurse from the Division Office.

6. All pupils attended orientation during flag ceremony on how to achieve

proper nutrition from June 2019-March, 2020.

7. Assessed all pupils BMI last February 12, 2030

8. Evaluated the Nutritional Status of those who underwent of Feeding last

January, 2020

9. Carried out Feeding Program last January 2019- January 2020.

III. Curriculum Development

1. All teachers integrated proper nutrition on various subject areas.

IV. Teachers Development

 1. Mrs. Lolita G. Santos attended Division Seminar last June 27, 2016,
August 1, 2016, September 5, 2016 at Division Office City of
Malolos, Bulacan.

2. Disseminated information to all teachers about division seminar in

nutrition last June 28, 2016, August 2, 2016, September 6, 2016.
