OBJECTIVE
Sto.Niňo Elementary School promotes a zero-tolerance policy for any
act of child abuse, exploitation, violence, discrimination, bullying and other forms
of abuses.

1. Sto.Niňo ES has an environment that is conducive to learning and children

shall have the right to education free from any violence and fear.
2. The children from Sto.Niňo ES are protected from all forms of abuse like
bullying and other forms of violence to develop self-esteem and self-
confidence.
3. Sto.Niňo ES promotes a positive and non-violent mode of disciplining
children to promote self-discipline and to develop self-esteem.
4. Any form of punishment shall not be imposed on any child in San Jose ES
for the purpose of discipline and training.
5. Principal of Sto.Niňo ES takes steps to prevent bullying and ensures that
the appropriate interventions, and the likes are provided for the victims of
abuse, violence, exploitation, discrimination and bullying.
6. Pupils and students of Sto.Niňo ES respects the rights of others and refrain
from committing acts of bullying and violence.
7. Parents and guardians of Sto.Niňo ES actively involved in all school
activities or events that has something to do with the children”s rights.
