BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 14

Series of 2019

“EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE VICE GOVERNOR MICHAEL

REYNOLDS T. TAN OF THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR A FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
FOR THE TRUSSES AND ROOF MATERIALS OF THE ON-GOING BARANGAY
COVERED COURT PROJECT IN THIS BARANGAY.

WHEREAS, it is one of the top priorities of the Barangay Council to provide

projects that are very useful to the constituents;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council has an existing Covered Court project in this
barangay;

WHEREAS, the allocated budget for the said Barangay Covered Court could not
suffice for the trusses and roof materials;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Kagawad Nilda D. Siago and duly

seconded by the Sangguniang Barangay present-

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to request the Honorable Vice

Governor Michael Reynolds T. Tan of the Province of Samar a financial assistance for
the trusses and roof materials of the on-going Barangay Covered Court project in this
barangay.

FINALLY RESOLVED, to furnish copies of herewith resolution to his office for

further information and positive response.
