different parts of your body, such as the core, arms, legs and feet; it will make it more
flexible. Hitting and smashing the shuttlecock will make your muscles strong and
flexible. Badminton sport gives mental health benefits. It will keep your mind active
during the game, increasing your concentration and alertness. Planning is important
here, you should know where and how to move, when to hit, when to smash, etc. Mind
is just as important as the body here.

Badminton is not just a solo game; it can also be played by pair. This is a great
opportunity to build a healthy relationship with other players. Now, this is the same
with joining a badminton club. You will have your team, comprising different types of
players with different types of play style. You may learn from them. Having a club or
team will improve your socials skills, teamwork, sportsmanship and also
leadership.

2. Do you think sports is important?

Yes. Sports is very important for both kids and adults, as it promotes the overall
well-being of an individual. Playing sports will develop your physical, mental, emotional
and social health. It will shape your body, making you stronger and healthier. When
playing, your brain releases feel-good chemicals, improving your mental and emotional
state. Sports is also a good area to practice your social skills. You will be playing with
and against other players, increasing your sense of friendliness, teamwork,
sportsmanship and fair play. Even though we’re different in colors, races and countries,
we are all still united by sports, breaking all those barriers to enjoy and play the sports
we loved.
