Leave and Late rules in 2020

- Leave

If the staff take leave, it is needed to inform to the leader and project manager. If project manager and
leader take leave, it is needed to inform to the GM/MD and Head of Department (Engineering).
And it is needed to write down in We Chat Group and Messenger Group. It is needed to write down on
leave notice paper also.
All the leave needed to inform HR, Wai Yan Ko Ko (09428137617)
If you not follow this procedure, will be assume as Absent.
Absent leave are detected as double salary on leaving day

- Late

For every 15min have 1000 MMK as late fine penalty charges.
If one month have over 5 times for late records, it is detected as Double fine penalty charges.
If one month have over 10 times for late records, it is detected as Triple fine penalty charges.

All the above rules are official as on this day 20-2-2020.
