That I, JANE ABELGAS PATINDOL,of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of
Catangnan, Genreral Luna,Siargao City, Philippines, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND
APPOINT LANEL B. EMBRADORA, also of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of
Spolarium St., Cebu City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name,
place and stead for my own use and benefit to do and perform the following acts and deeds, to
wit;

1. To represent me before the BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR), ASSESSOR’S

OFFICE, TREASURY OFFICE and other government offices related with the
processing and transfer of certificate/title in my name on the parcel of land I purchase
situated at General Luna, Surigao Del Norte, Philippines

2. To pay, receive, deliver, execute and sign any documents in connection with the above-
stated.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said authorized representative to do and perform act and
thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purpose as I might or could of if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming
all that my said authorized representative shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of
