How to make a protein filled breakfast!

Good morning! Let’s begin this beautiful day with a


delicious breakfast that provides a bunch of fiber and
protein! The purpose of these instructions will teach you
each step on making this meal. You don’t need any
experience with cooking previously and all you need is a
few ingredients! Let’s get started with what you need to
have first!
Ingrediants and Tools Needed:
You will need:
 1 Banana  Stick of Butter
 1 Egg  Spatula
 ¾ Cup of Oats  1 Bowl
 ½ Scoop Protein  1 Plate
Powder  Stove
 Hint of Cinnamon  Pan

All these items can be bought at a grocery store


or appliance store for the tools!
Step 1
Place a banana in a bowl and smash it with a fork until
there are no longer big chunks.

Step 2
Crack open an egg and add in enough cinnamon to your
liking!
Step 3
This is where the fun begins, the protein powder. I
personally used vanilla, but this is a chance in the recipe
where you can change it up!

Place ½ Scoop of your powder of choice and stir until it is


a good consistency, picture below
Step 4
Place ¾ Cups of your favorite oats and mix well until all
oats are completely covered.
I love that you can modify this recipe to your liking!
Step 5
Place your pan on the stove at medium to low heat and
place a small square of butter to melt.
Then, place your mix on the pan in two pieces.

Extra Note: I recommend flattening your mix closer to a


pancake shape, so it cooks evenly on both sides.

Step 6
Make sure to keep an eye on these to make sure they
don’t burn! I feel like a nice golden brown is perfect!
Flip regularly until golden brown

Step 7
Yet another way to make this breakfast your own! The
cherry on top for this breakfast is the yogurt you put on
top.
Put as much as you want! Make sure to fully coat the
yogurt and put more hints of cinnamon on top!
Enjoy your breakfast loaded with 30g of Protein, 12g of
Fiber, and 402 calories!
