Schedule of First Year Admission and Registration Guidelines (2022-23)

Sr. Activity Dates
1. Commencement of Registration Upto 25th June 2022
2. Display of First Merit List 26th June 2022
3. Corrections (if any) in Merit List 27th June 2022
4. Admissions of Round I (First Merit List) 28th and 29th June 2022
5. Display of Second Merit List 30th June 2022

(For Students who registered till 29th June and left out students
of Round I)
6. Admissions of Round II (Second Merit List) 1st and 2nd July 2022
7. Display of Third Merit List (For Students who registered till 2nd 3rd July
July and left out students of Round I and Round II)
8. Admissions of Round III (Third Merit List) 4th and 5th July 2022.
A. Necessary Documents at the time of Final Admission:

1. Original Leaving Certificate (L.C.)
2. Self attested 2 copies of Leaving Certificate, HSC Marklist, SSC
Marklist, Adhar Card
3. Caste Certificate (if claiming) -1 copy
4. Passport Size Photo – 1 Copy
B. Candidates applying through Handicap/EWS/Defence quota should
produce relevent documents at the time of admission.
C. You can use your available screen shot from Board Website at the time of
Registration.
D. For any quary / Help please contact to Facilitation Center.
ERP Registration Guidelines:

Step 1. Open the link given below:
https://registration.deccansociety.org/Registration/Apply/WCS
Step 2. Create Your Username, Password, Confirm Password, Mobile Number and
Email Id in given Green Box.
Click the Register option.
Step 3. Login as student using created Password and username.

Step 4. Click on Accept button.
Step 5. Click on APPLY FOR and select under graduate option .

Click on Continue after selecting option. Read Instructions Carefully.
Step 6. Fill details of student personal section and parent information. Fill other
information details and click on Save & Next. If any difficulty then watch video by
clicking button in Green Box.
Step 7. Fill address details with PIN code. Select (same as permanent address)
checkbox if temporary and permanent both address are same. Click Save & Next.
Step 8. Enter educational details. Click on Add button after filling details. Click
Save & Next.
Step 9. Click Upload Photo and upload passport type photo. Click Upload Sign to
upload the signature. (Photo Size 500 kb & Signature Size 300 kb)
Step 10. Click Course and select the course where you want to apply.
Click Save & Next after selecting course.

Step 11. Fill details of last qualifying exam.
Fill obtained marks and total marks if result is published.
Step 12. Select document on clicking Name of Document.

Click Browse option to upload the document. Click Add option.

Cast Certificate Is Compulsory For Reserve Student.
Click on Save & Next after uploading document.
Step 13. At the time of subject selection, Select Marathi Medium for FY BA and
Select English Medium For FY BSc and BCS
Please Select Subject Carefully. Subject will not be change at any circumstances

Step 14. Click on PAY NOW option for payment. Use Visa Or Master Debit
Card/Credit Card/UPI/NET Banking. After clicking pay now option it will move to
next screen.
Step 15. Select payment method and click on make payment.

Step 16. After completion payment system will show payment successful
message. Click Go to Confirm.
Step 17. Click PREVIEW APPLICATION to preview all data. Please, edit data if any
correction otherwise go for CONFIRM APPLICATION to proceed.
Step 18. Click Print Application to download appliaction file.

Click Print Payment Receipt to download payment receipt.
