    limited Face-to-face Class Minutes of the Meeting

    The General Orientation to parents and students in the Implementation of the


    Expanded Phase of limited Face-to-face class SY 2021-2022 was held thru Zoom
    HD Cloud Meeting and live-streamed on the school’s Facebook Official Page,
    DepEd-Tayo Magsaysay NHS on January 31, 2022, at 8:00 AM. This undertaking
    was in accordance with the DepEd Memorandum No. 71, s. 2021.
    The event was enthusiastically facilitated by Mrs. Jonalyn U. Cornel, the
    Grade-8 Level Coordinator. As the program officially started, Mrs. Jorgette S.
    Lampuyas, the Faculty Club President, led the prayer, and it was followed by the
    Welcome Remarks of the school principal, Miss Lucia T. Casim.
    The flow of the Orientation Program was focused on the arrangement status
    and general procedures of the school towards the implementation of the expanded
    phase of limited Face-to-Face classes SY 2021-2022.
    The members of the school’s composite team in implementing the limited
    face-to-face classes had presented the school’s general procedures once the school
    was all set to transition into the New Normal classroom of teaching and learning. Mr.
    Alvin A. Sevilla, the Grade- 7 Coordinator presented the General Requirements for
    the Face-to-Face classes; Mrs. Cherry A. Miranda presented the Physical Layout of
    the School; Mrs. Audrey Ann T. Pinas, the Grade -9 Coordinator, presented the pre-
    planned Class Schedules; Mrs. Mary Ann R. Arueno, the Grade -10 Coordinator,
    presented the School- traffic Flow; Mrs. Florencia C. Nefalar, the SDRRM
    Coordinator, presented the Health and Safety Contingency Procedures; and Mrs.

    Jessica T. Corpuz, the Senior High School Coordinator, facilitated the Question and
    Answer.
    For the question and answer, some of the questions raised were about the
    implementation date of the limited face-to-face classes, the arrangement of classes
    by grade level, and the committee in maintaining the traffic flow upon entering and
    leaving the school.
    The orientation ended with a Closing Remarks of the assistant school
    principal, Mr. Jason W. Pascaden.
