    REMINDERS

    1. Use the same POS terminal machine with the specific POS terminal calculator used in this Excel (Ex. Amount calculated using the BDO POS terminal calculator will use the BDO POS terminal machine)
    2. Any bank credit/debit card for Straight transactions. Bank specific credit card for Installment transactions (Ex. Installment using RCBC credit card can only use RCBC POS terminal machine and POS terminal calculator)
    3. For STRAIGHT transactions, please only use either BDO or RCBC POS Terminal machines. Remember to calculate the adjusted amount using the correct POS terminal calculator
    4. DOUBLE CHECK the calculated amount, swiped amount, loan type, and the transaction receipt THEN SETTLE ("Settlement" in the machine) after every transaction
    5. Settled transactions can no longer be voided/edit - make sure every transaction made is correct before settlement
