Good day sir!

With the present condition of our locality brought by the Covid19 pandemic, deployment of our learners to
different establishments for their immersion is not possible.
With reference to regional memorandum 276, s 2020 dated June 10, 2020 entitled “Guidelines for Work
Immersion Implementation during Crisis Situation”, may I propose the following activities as alternative to
actual deployment of learners:
For the ICT – Illustration, they will make a computerized illustration of the historical events in
the Philippines;
For ICT – Programming, the programming teacher will program the activities to be
accomplished by the learners;
For the GAS learners, it is suggested that our learners will produce a creative portfolio that
will integrate their learning in specialized learning areas under humanities or social sciences. But since our
electives are ABM subjects, may I request sir that we will consider the suggested activities for ABM
especially Models C and D because I believe that our learners can gain a more meaningful learning when
they are given chances to apply the knowledge they have learned. These are the four models suggested
for ABM learners:
(1) Model A– Simulation or operation of a micro business enterprise in the Barangay
(2) Model B–Taking part in the operation of an existing business fora community
with an industry partnership
(3) Model C – Online selling or online business simulation for ABM students
especially when a lockdown is being implemented in the community
(4) Model D – Drafting a business proposal employing the different analysis tools
like SWOT and appropriate in the current condition of their locality
Attached is the planned timeline and groupings of learners with their corresponding immersion teachers.
Groupings of learners were based on their residences.
