In case 9 CANDIDATE requests to retrieve the original documents at any point of processing 2s long as the AGENT has not yet submited the same tothe appropriate Embassy or sa authorities, AGENT shal release ‘the documents tothe CANDIDATE, AGENT and CANDNDATE shall agree on the date the documents mut be ‘etumed to AGENT so as not to impede the mabilzation process and on boarding schedule set by the Principal. CANDIDATE'S acknowledgement receipt shall indicate the documents return date; ‘4. Faure by the CANDIDATE to return the original documents on the agreed date to AGENT would mean withdrawal from the process and cancelation of application; whereby AGENT shall have the right to collect from CANDIDATE the actual documentation snd administrative costs incurr forthe CANDIDATE; 5. CANDIDATE understands that upon visa approval, AGENT wil need to process all other government pre- requisites In order to secure POEA ext permit or Oversea: Employment Certificate (OEC), whereby orginal ‘travel documents are required 6 CANDIDATE aso understands that for safe keeping ofall orignal travel documents, the same are generally released at the arport by AGENT'S latson officer who well meet and assist CANDIDATE unt departure clearance: 7.
