TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Price Basis : FOB site

2. Delivery Time : GENERATOR UNIT: Ex Stock Subject to prior sale

3. Payment terms : 50% down payment upon order, 50 % upon Delivery of the unit

4. Validity : 15 days from date of issue

OUT OF SCOPE: • Civil works and related works necessary to house the gensets including
piping pit, wiring pit and acquisition of right of way
 • DENR PERMIT TO OPERATE – your Pollution Control Officer shall represent
you in DENR

• Other scope of works not mentioned to the above scope of supplies

OUR OFFER INCLUDES:

START-UP & supplied genset shall tested during commissioning at site to be conducted by our
COMISSIONING engineers’ compliments by our own supply of test equipment’s.
Includes simulation of power failure and power transfer from genset to ATS and
vice versa.

EQUIPMENT One year or 1500 hours whichever comes first upon commissioning subject to our
WARRANTY terms and condition.

Our guarantee shall cover against manufacturer’s defect, materials and

workmanship only and shall not applicable to damages sustained through
mishandling of equipment, misconducted factory suggested maintenance procedure
and any consequential loss or damages howsoever occurring. To be serve within
Philippine territory

WARRANTY After our turnover to end – user, our service group will regularly visit the supplied unit
SERVICES with free check-ups of equipment’s on a semiannual basis until post warranty.
