Ans. The usage of the following:
(a) Word: Microsoft Word allows you to create professional- quality documents, reports,
letters, and resumes.
(b) Power Point: It allows users to create visual presentations comprised of individual
slides. Power Point commonly used by business people and students to create slide
show presentations.
(c) Excel: It allows user to organize and manage data effectively. It is a software facilitating
data entry into an electronic spreadsheet which performs complex mathematical
calculations and analysis.
(d) MS- Access: It is an information management tool, or relational database, that helps you
to store information for reference, reporting and analysis. It can also import or link
directly to data stored in other applications and database.
