1. Please mention PO number on the Invoice.
2.Prices Mentioned in the Purchase Orders shall be inclusive of all Taxes, Fees, Excises and or/charges imposed in India.
3.Please ensure that your invoices match with the purchase order in all aspects i.e. Cost, MRP, Description, Volume/Quantity, & Place of
Delivery Location.
4.Any changes in MRP, Cost, etc. change and all kinds of issues related to PO to be informed and rectified before supply.
5.All SHGs/Producer Enterprises should strictly adhere according to delivery schedule day while supplying the stocks to Place of Delivery.
6.The Goods / Products for delivery to the designated Place of Delivery should always be accompanied with original invoice 3 copies (PO
no. to be mentioned in invoice) and a copy of P.O. Payment shall be made only on receipt of the Invoice.
7.Goods should carry a minimum 75% balance shelf life, in case of shelf life is less than 75%, the goods will not be accepted.
8.If purchase order un-serviced as per specified date is considered as expired PO and will not be valid. Stocks against such PO will not be
unloaded at the store and the same material will be sent back without any communication.
9.Free products should be tagged with the parent articles (applies to on pack promo/ bundled) before reaching the designated Place of
Delivery.
10.All GDN (Good Discrepancy Note) must be signed off by the driver or the representative accompanying the supply before leaving the
Premise.
11.No Excess Supply will be accepted, unless agreed by us in writing.
12.Please include GSTIN ID in Tax Invoices. If registered under MSME/Udyam shall also be stated in the Invoice.
13.The item supplied will be subject to our approval and all rejections will be to your account.
14.The cost of Delivery to the place of delivery shall be borne by the SHG/Producer Enterprise.
