Thank you for your purchase of our fully automatic unpacking machine.

This manual describes the basic structure, use method and operation precautions of the sealing

machine, so as to use the machine safely and correctly, and improve the service life of the

machine. Please read this manual carefully before using the machine, and make sure to hand it to

the end user. If the content of this manual is changed due to technical update, no further notice

will be given.

KX series box machine adopts Taiwan technology, and selects imported parts, electrical

components and pneumatic components. It uses OPP belt as the main material to seal the back of

famous cartons. It has simple structure, convenient operation and easy maintenance. It is widely

used in all walks of life, achieving the ideal effect of beauty and high efficiency.

Safety precautions:
1. Operate the machine, the operator must read the operating instructions in detail;

2. When operating the machine, the operator shall not place the body parts in the running

position of the machine;

3. The maintenance personnel should read the operation instructions carefully before

maintenance;

4. When loading, unloading and normal maintenance or repair, please be sure to turn off the

power supply and air source and pay attention to safety;

5. Do not approach or touch the machine without training;

1. Features of the machine:

This machine is a series of automatic open case machines with the function of automatic cover

folding and bottom sealing. It is economical and efficient to operate on a single machine. It is an

ideal sealing equipment. The main parameters are as follows:

Machine model: KX-1

Packing capacity: 3-10 cases / min

Temporary storage capacity of carton: 100pce / 1000mm

Sealing height: 100 mm ~ 350 mm

Sealing length: 200 mm ~ 450 mm

3. Machine operation

3.1 operation instructions for adjustment of mechanical part

1) Take a formed carton to be opened.

2) Turn the belt width adjusting hand wheel (clockwise, the belt width becomes narrower, vice

versa) to make the width of the discharge belt w equal to the width of the carton

3) Turn the adjusting hand wheel (clockwise forward, reverse backward) to make the suction cup

face parallel to the belt face when the suction cup is in the limit position.

4)Loosen the pressure plate and adjust the anti loose handle. Adjust the height of the pressure

plate to be equal to the height of the forming carton (clockwise downward, vice versa). After

that, lock the anti loose handle.

5) Take the unopened carton and place it according to the lower edge of the block. Adjust the

height and width of the storage tank to make it equal to the height and width of the unopened

carton. Adjust the conical adjusting block to align with the folding line of the carton.

6 ) Turn the adjusting hand wheel of pushing carton to adjust to the pushing bar and conical

adjusting block, and the folding line of carton is on the same line :

7) Adjust the suction cup to the right position according to the size of the carton.

8) Finally, put the unformed carton into the storage tank and put down the storage push plate. So

far, the mechanical adjustment before startup has been completed.

3.2 operation instructions for adjustment of electric control part

1) Make sure that the power and air supply have been supplied to the unpacking machine.

2) Turn on NFB and power switch in sequence, and make sure that the emergency stop button is

not pressed down.

3)Touch Screen:

Auto / Manual: switch and display the manual and automatic state. In the manual state, press the

start key to switch to the manual screen. Continuous unpacking: press the start key in the

automatic state to continuously perform the unpacking operation.

Box / minute: press the number button to set 3-16 boxes per minute, and press box / minute to

perform box / minute operation

Open a box: perform an open box operation.

Count: display the total number of batches and unpacking quantity, press RST to return to zero.

3.3 Description of gas control part

1)Air pressure wiring diagram:

A. The most important thing for the use and maintenance of air pressure components is the

cleanliness of the air source, so it is necessary to keep the air source clean at all times.

B. Provide sufficient air supply to ensure the action of components, and set the pressure at 5-6kg

/ C ^.

C. Pneumatic cylinder: often wipe the moving shaft to prevent dust from seeping into the piston,

resulting in air leakage

D. Air pressure pipeline maintenance: if the air pressure pipeline needs to be disassembled and

maintained, when it needs to be installed and positioned, it is necessary to pay attention to

whether the oxygen pipe is broken. If so, please guide it quickly to prevent air blocking.

E. Suction cup: keep the suction cup clean and avoid oil stains. The vacuum generator must be

cleaned once a week.

F. Three point combination:

1. Check whether the oil quantity is enough, if not, please add it, and use the special air pressure

oil, the concentration should not be too thick;

*Do not add any other substitute oil to prevent air pressure circuit blocking or failure.

2. To check the filter cup, it is necessary to check whether there is too much water. If there is too

much water, it must be drained;

3. Use the pressure adjusting button to adjust the air pressure to 5-6kg / C

G. In the process of shutdown or maintenance, the residual air in the circuit can be discharged by

using the relief valve to facilitate the safety of personnel.

3.4 Operation and adjustment of tape applicator :

1. First, put the new OPP tape roll on the mandrel, as shown in the figure: pull out the tape,

bypass the small roller, then bypass the knurled roller along the line, then bypass the small

knurled roller, finally pass the tape through the middle of two black tape seats, as shown in the

figure below. In the whole process, we must pay attention to the adhesive surface of the

tape must face outward, only the knurled roller can stick with the paste.

2. Tape position adjustment:

If the tape is not on the center line of the box, please adjust according to the following figure:

loosen the nut, and then adjust the spindle with a screwdriver to adjust the tape position.

3. Tape tension adjustment:

Rotating the knob can make the speed of the tape reel moderate, adjust the front and back

position of the spring hanging shaft, and change the elastic force of the long tension spring of the

swing rod, so as to control the size of the tape tension. When the spring hanging shaft hangs

forward, the tape tension becomes larger, otherwise it becomes smaller.
