Removellsolate the Power fuses and control fuses if any. Lock-in Tag-in and put "DANGER & MEN AT WORK” Board. Obtain the PTW and confirm the isolation status with the respective control room. Ensure the receiver, issuer and isolator proper authorization. 5.2 PTW RETURN PROCEDURE: 1. Ensure workplace is clear from man and material after the procedure is performed. J Inform the operator on sight regarding the work completion and ask him to communicate to control room G Return the duly signed permit to Issuing authority; clearly mention the work performed and status. SMP for Impactor > Allthe parameters, activities are maintained within prescribed Check list. > Any deviation from the norms is recorded and corrective action is taken accordingly. > Illumination level >70 lux dust particles i.e. pm10<100 yg/m? and pm 2.5 < 60 ug/m®. 18.0 ENVIRONMENT: After completion of work, housekeeping should be done in the working area and waste oil, oil soaked cotton and wastes are separately collected. 19.0 OHSAS: > Persons deployed on the work must use safety helmets, shoes, goggles, dust masks & hand gloves. > Before starting any operation, ensure all standard clearance from main control room and shift INCHARGE. > The persons deployed for the job should have valid PPGCL Gate pass. The oxygen level in tunnel (if) should be more than 20% V/V. > All emergency contact number such as FIRST AID, AMBULANCE, FIRE STATION, SAFETY, SECURITY. Apply the EPB before attending the job. 1. Clean the area if required. Clean the dust on equipment surface. 2, Remove the fluid coupling safety guard. 3. Check the motor base bolt tightness. 4, Check the fluid coupling oil level and top up if required. 5. Check the fluid coupling fusible plug & oil condition, 6. Check the tightness of all plumber blocks like Rotor, Drive unit 7. Check the Plummer block dust seal condition, replace if find damage. 8. Check the V-Belt belt condition 9. Check the Condition of V-Belt Pulley. 10. Check the clearance of Crusher Bearing. 11. Check the Crusher Rotor condition. 12. Check the condition of Crusher Impact Hammer. 18. Check the condition of grinding zib. 14. Check the condition of Crusher discharge chute liner. 18. Apply grease / lubricant for the bearing. 16. Ensure no Grease / Oil / Cotton waste left on equipment body or surrounding area 17. Place the coupling cover plate and tighten the base bolts. 18. Remove all tools and tackles from work place.
