NOTES ON WHAT THE AVG.

SP HOMEBUYER
LOOKS FOR (AESTHETICS) to be updated regularly as we learn
more

After driving through some SP neighborhoods, here are some of the


things we saw most commonly:
 light colored houses that typically had vinyl siding (white, grey,
light blue, etc.) 
 Front porches with columns for support
 Attached garages w/ lots of car space
 If there was bright color it was typically only on certain features
like doors, window frames 
 Typically gable style roofs with either being a cross-gable or
having gable dormers 
 Mostly asphalt shingle roofs but some with tin roofing 
 Large and numerous windows
 Skylights 
 Yards had lots of trees and small flower gardens
 Lots of single story homes 
 Overall most of the houses had a coastal look with a big emphasis
on natural light, pastel or light colors, porches, etc.
