SP HOMEBUYER LOOKS FOR (AESTHETICS) to be updated regularly as we learn more
After driving through some SP neighborhoods, here are some of the
things we saw most commonly: light colored houses that typically had vinyl siding (white, grey, light blue, etc.) Front porches with columns for support Attached garages w/ lots of car space If there was bright color it was typically only on certain features like doors, window frames Typically gable style roofs with either being a cross-gable or having gable dormers Mostly asphalt shingle roofs but some with tin roofing Large and numerous windows Skylights Yards had lots of trees and small flower gardens Lots of single story homes Overall most of the houses had a coastal look with a big emphasis on natural light, pastel or light colors, porches, etc.
