FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion.
Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance
and adherence to sales processes. Must passionately represent the brand(s) and be
able to ethically coach prospects through the discovery process, financing resolution
and market development.

FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


 Award 3 stores per month
 Initial contact with prospects
 Be the brand ambassador for all brands represented
 Follows the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly
 Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress
reports
 Works closely with the Sr. VP of Franchise Development on strategic initiatives to
achieve goals
 Able to build awareness in respective territories for the brands represented
 Provide tools to assist in achieving goals

Daga Sapphire, our ongoing Project, is a world class 1.5 acre integrated township
project spread over a large expanse of refreshing greenery with a residential
development and is under construction. The company has brought its years of
experience to provide high living, state-of-the-art luxury apartments in the Tallest
Building of Amravati situated in the heart of the City. Its the 1st Building to be certified
Green by IGBC in Amravati.

• Overall responsibility to commence and complete the said project in every respect.
• Securing of all valid licenses, permits, nocs, approvals including valid renewals and
extensions.
• Safe custody of all relevant documents and records thereof.
• Procurement of materials including their secure storage, quality inspections,
distribution and accounting thereof.
• Mobilization of man management including independent handling of all issues
pertaining to labour laws, rules and such other requisites.
• Liaison with concerned authorities.
• Safety precautions, security issues.
• Project finance monitoring.
• Project monitoring, inspections, verifications including corrections and corrective
actions appropriately.
• Marketing of the commercial units with the stipulated time frame as set in the special
conditions of the agreement.
• Certification of the project for quality assurance and commissioning of the project as
per target set.

- Observed the development of Amravati city's first Uber Luxurious Township (IGBC
Member)
- Worked on a newly proposed commercial project (under construction) Responsibilities
were:
Setting up the Sales team and Implementation of CRM
Media Buying for generating inbound leads using Digital as well as physical
advertisement campaigns.
- Sold out 70% inventory within 6 months of launch
- Achievements included generating a lead pipeline of $12 Million and maintained
converstion ratio of 1:6

My name is Rishabh Pratap Singh. I was born and brought up in Ambikapur CG. I did B.tech
(hons.) in agril. Tech from IGAU, raipyur.
After graduation I worked a s a procurement manager in an E-Commerce startup. This job
required supply chain management and marketing skill. Working in this startup has disposed
me off to some challenging situations where I had to do partnerships, manage customers-
clients and come up with cost effective process. Working in startup has given me immence
learning.
In my recent live project from Jeevitam I was awarded as one of the top performing interns out
of 60 interns from different IIM’s. In this project I worked as a liason between jeevitam and big
clients like CII, PHD chamber of commerce nd rotary club of india. I am currently doing market
research for leading AI driven software company in dental horizon.
Apart from professional and academia, I am an ardent athlete. I was a captain of national level
cricket team . Gold medalist in state level. Gold medalist in district level. Also I am gold medalist
in district level football. Giving back to soc,iety is quintessential to me. I am a NSS B certificate
holder. I have been awarded recognition award by Indian red cross and scouting too for
bolstering vulnerable communities. During tough times of pandemic I led a group of 50 talented
individuals, we were working on strengthening the unpriviledged peoples who were
substantially hit by waves of covid. For this I received covid yodha samman patra award for my
altruistic contribution. My hobbies include watching F1 race and baking and me.

The goal of prospecting is to create a pipeline of potential buyers most likely to purchase.
