Online Class Policies S.Y.21-22 (Summer)

Subject Description: Business Reseach

General Instructions & Policies:

1. The Class will decide and assign a Chief of Class who will be in charge on the
lookout of the class. All concerns must be informed to the Chief of Class and
he/she will be the sole person who will deliver the concerns to the Instructor.
Students must be polite and respectful when communicating to the instructor
or other students. Messaging the instructor during the weekends or holiday is
highly prohibited.

2. The Chief of Class will collect the data of the class thru filing of the General
Information Sheet.

3. The Class will have an official Viber Group Chat including all the students in
the section so that it will become accessible to all with the following format
i.e. BACC311 FM31 2022 (Summer).

4. Group Leaders must create Google Web Link Codes and distribute to the
group members and the Thesis Teacher. Leaders are responsible in
coordinating with their members to be all present during the online meeting
with the thesis instructor.

5. Group Consultations. Always turn on your camera and must ALWAYS be

PRESENT during group and thesis consultations. Maximum of 30 minutes
per group.

6. Students are bound to submit tasks on the given series of deadlines. Failure to
do so won’t be able to acquire the points on the given dates. Always check the
due dates to avoid procrastination and backlogs.

7. Plagiarism. Works, words, or ideas of another person without proper

acknowledgment is not allowed. APA format in citing sources or references is
the standard.

8. This online class will not guarantee you to pass this subject. Your
completion of all your task activities and good performance in every oral
participation and contribution to your manuscript will guarantee you for a
passing mark 3.0 and above.
 9. Any clarifications not answerable by this online class policy will be
accommodated at hvgnugroho@urios.edu.ph or at Viber 0963-1968-555 for a
much FASTER response.
