We hereby undertake to pay you the amount of RM 226,000.00 under our Hire Purchase Agreement with the
abovementioned Hirer subject to the following conditions :

i) that we receive a copy of the registration card signed by the Hirer for the abovementioned vehicle with
our ownership claim endorsed thereon by Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan Malaysia;

ii) that the insurance policy / cover note with the insured sum covering the cost and with its endorsement
to us as Owner, be delivered to us together with the registration card;

iii) that the delivery order confirming that the vehicle has been delivered in good condition according to the
specifications of the vehicle sales order and quotation and the Hirer 's acceptance of the vehicle, has
been presented to our Company;

iv) that our Hire Purchase Agreement and all related documents have been completed by the Hirer and the
deposit made by the Hirer has cleared.

v) other conditions :

This letter of undertaking is valid for 30 days from the date hereof.
