Sabrina’s: Curiosities
Presentation about general curiosities and facts about the world, such as cockroaches
that live without their heads for long periods of time, a hot bath burns the same
amount of calories as a 30-minute walk and the hottest pepper in the world could kill
you.

Vivi’s: Cactus Lovers

Presentation regarding some aspects about cactus and Vivi’s story with them. Cactus
can survive by themselves with low amounts of water in very hot and dry places. Vivi’s
love for cacti started in a vacation where she bought some of them. They are from a
species known as “Candelabra”. They sprouted tiny flowers.
Then Vivi had to move to another place and leave the cacti to her relative. At her new
home, a relative of hers bought two cactuses for her new house.
Cactuses also have spikes to prevent water loss and to protect them from animals.
They can survive for 15 to 300 years.

Rosana’s: Perfect Cake

A recipe to achieve a nice balanced strawberry with whipped cream cake. The slides
covered the ingredients for the dough and cream, as well as a guide to bake the cake.

Gui’s: Lego
Gui has liked Lego and Lego toys since his childhood as he played with his cousins.
Lego’s founder was born in Denmark, opened a shop with wooden toys that later
evolved to the present Lego toys.
Lego is a toy made with thematic sets of colorful interlocking plastic bricks, based on
pop culture, games, movies, competitions and objects. Lego boxes have pieces
separated by model and construction. All of them come with assembly guides.
Gui also has some Lego figures in his house. His favorit set is the Medieval/Viking Set.
