    HAPPY Abdullah that “Umar bin Al-Khattab asked Abu


    Waqid Al-Laithi: “What did the Messenger of

    EID’L FITR
    Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon
    him) recite in Al-Adha and Al-Fitr?” He said:
    “He used to recite: Surah Qaf. By the Glorious
    Qur’an” and: “The Hour has drawn near, and
    the moon has been cleft asunder (Al-Qamar).”
